Plumber. was called at 8:05 in the morning with a backed up sewage grinder system and EJ William had his crew on site in 4 hours. The crew showed up by 11.30 and determined the grinder was bad, failed and water was seeping into my basement. It had to be replaced, which I was ready to do. Ms Brook gave an estimate right up front. Explained they use Zoller septic grinders (#1 rated) because they are faultless & built in the USA- best quality. They drained and removed the old system and used extreme protective measures to protect any further damages. They Installed the new grinder, replaced the PVC connectors and sealed the catch pan. The job was complete - !00% - to my satisfaction by 1:00. Mike and Brooke (Owner and Office manager) patiently answered all of my nit-picking questions and was very polite. The crew was exceptional;, wore masks and shoe booties to keep the the area clean. I would recommend EJ. The two guys who came to help out today were great - they installed an external house spigot! They were very knowledgable and willing to explain the work they were doing. Helped me understand how to maintain and what to look for in the future. Easy to work with and were really accommodating to our needs as we had multiple questions for one visit.

Called out for service, couldn't discover the problem, so next day called out to get service back out still no return visit.

Eric worked on the bathroom in our basement renovation. Although we had high hopes initially, over time we have had issues with the quality of the work performed. Within a year we had a leak from the supply line to the shower which caused drywall damage. Eric came out to correct this but never returned to replace the shower arm with a matching piece or repair the drywall. We have tried to reach him multiple times and have not heard back from him in several months. Our drywall is still torn apart although he did repair the leak.

Cussed my wife out and threw trash all over our yard. Plumbing still an issue. Don't waste your money when there are reputable companies in town. Just sent a guy to pick up the trash, so I added another star to the review for an attempt at resolving the situation.
