Best Bathroom And Kitchen Remodeling in Louisville KY

As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months???
My advice...find someone else.

To start things off huge props to the guys they sent out. Jonathan Mandrillo specifically, was one of the most professional, committed, hardworking and very thorough people I’ve ever met. He was accompanied by Micheal Polequin and unfortunately I’m totally blanking on the third guy which all did amazing work and really knocked this hard job out. Big shout out to Tom Drexler and their awesome employees.

We have used Williams Plumbing for many years and they have given us good reliable service in a professional, friendly spirit.

Two men came out to inspect and reinstall a Numi toilet. First they said they had no experience with that type of toilet and took longer than expected to finish. The bill stated that they made all wiring connections for toilet features but it only needed to be plugged in, which I can do! The bill was $325.83 which is higher than any plumbing bill we've ever received for anything! I called the company to speak with the owner/manager to see if they could make an adjustment. The receptionist took the call and said she would have Bob' get back to me. He never returned the call. I called again and still no response.

I had what I thought to be a complicated fix on my toilet. Plumb Right was at my house quickly. Once they got there they were very honest and told me it wasn't that big of a fix. They were quick, honest, helpful, and professional. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do this is who I will call again.

Two great plumbers responded in a timely manner when we had no toilet or shower available. They were professional and explained our issue clearly, the immediate and long term root cause, along with multiple solutions without any pressure for a specific choice or price point. They were mindful of protecting our tub finish and even flipped back our carpet to keep it clean while moving. They were friendly and polite on top of it all with helpful information about plumbing in general!

We’re thankful for the reliability, fairness and competency of the great owners and staff at Stemler Plumbing. We’re so thankful for hot water on this cold holiday weekend too (because they care enough to squeeze us into a packed schedule). Stemler Plumbing takes great care of their customers & this is from a happy customer of over 30 years.

Very clean, organized and professional staff

Right Pipe is the wrong plumber to use. We have not had a working sink for 2 months and our contact at Right Pipe continually reschedules/ cancels and has now blatantly stopped responding. If you want your plumbing fixed you're better off doing it yourself or calling someone else who. Very disappointing.
