He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

First let me start off this review by saying, from the very first phone call, we knew we were in good hands. Tracy, the person who answered the phone was extremely personable and helpful with getting a time-frame scheduled for a tech to come out and address our issue.

The technician, Robert was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable of our situation. He was able to quickly, and efficiently help us out while also expertly managing to put our minds at ease.

Don Williams has died and this company is closed. The number goes to a Williams Plumbing and is a different owner. Poor service

St. Matthews Plumbing is HIGHLY recommended. Specifically James, who was able to get to our house within an hour to troubleshoot and repair a water leak that couldn't be found by a previous plumbing service. He communicated well throughout, fixed the issue effectively, and was an absolute pleasure to work with! I could not recommend James and St. Matthews Plumbing more. I am so dissatisfied with a recent visit. They repaired an AC. 2 days later it went out again. I ended up using another company to replace entire unit which would have been the best option to start with. At no time did anyone from Blackburn call to suggest replacing the unit. Now I am stuck with a $400 repair fee for two days of cool air. I called today to discuss the bill and would not budge on the expense. I would have replaced the unit if they had originally told me that was the best option.

I found a plumber I can afford and depend on!! Micah was fantastic - high quality, quick work.
