Vessels has been a blessing from above for us, Tonya who usual handles the phones when I call is incredibly personable and always exceeds my expectations. The actual plumbers are amazing, I had a hot water heater problem and they came at 10pm at night to fix even though I could tell they were exhausted. Came to fix a leak coming from my bath. He determined that the problem was that a part of the tub was not sealed properly. He changed me over $100 and didn't bother to seal the part all the way (which would have taken him an extra minute). What a waste of time and money.

Their website says they're open 24/7. I called them on 2 occasions, both after hours, and both times were emergencies. All I got was an answering machine that says We're closed for the day. Leave a message and we'll call you tomorrow. I had to get other people to address the emergency.
When I have used Blackburn and Davis (during business hours) I was satisfied with their work. But they are NOT available after hours, regardless of what their advertising says.
