Great job! They replaced a water heater for me that was not in a very accessible place. They had to move washer and dryer. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job. I have no complaints, would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about the excellent service that I get from Tony's Plumbing. I have an old home with lots of plumbing that periodically needs some tender loving care. Once I call, the technicians arrive within the time window stated. Today, I called and they were at my home within 30 minutes. My basement toilet is 90 year old and has had a few problems. Fortunately they were able to do a simple fix and it will live on.

I am so dissatisfied with a recent visit. They repaired an AC. 2 days later it went out again. I ended up using another company to replace entire unit which would have been the best option to start with. At no time did anyone from Blackburn call to suggest replacing the unit. Now I am stuck with a $400 repair fee for two days of cool air. I called today to discuss the bill and would not budge on the expense. I would have replaced the unit if they had originally told me that was the best option.
