This plumber was very friendly and quick to diagnose and repair. If only he had done it properly and not been lazy, this would have been a very different review.

UPDATE: clearly this guy can not read. When did I say LGE was out here again? I didn’t. I said there was another leak. My husband stopped this one himself. I’ll upload the picture if you need it. I have no reason to make this up. But clearly you can see for yourself from this response the lack of respect they have for ANYONE. I did not take the time out of my life to makeup any of this. I reported exactly what was happened and EXACTLY what the gas crew told us and showed my husband. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews here and on BBB speak for themselves!

Eric worked on the bathroom in our basement renovation. Although we had high hopes initially, over time we have had issues with the quality of the work performed. Within a year we had a leak from the supply line to the shower which caused drywall damage. Eric came out to correct this but never returned to replace the shower arm with a matching piece or repair the drywall. We have tried to reach him multiple times and have not heard back from him in several months. Our drywall is still torn apart although he did repair the leak.

Cannot even get them to come out to quote me on a job. They say they are going to call to schedule, but they don't. I pushed and they said that they needed to get some more info from the guy who finally did stop by and glance at the issue. What their website states about their dedication to customer service is a sham. Just call Crestwood Plumbing.

Harley and Matt were super easy to work with and considerate of our 3 dogs in the house. They got the job done in less than a day and explained the work after. We're only a week in with the new AC unit, but everything is running smoothly so far.We have been doing business with them since we moved into the house in 2018, and always appreciate the good service and competitive pricing.

The technician was at the house, preparing the removal of the old leaking unit less the 30 minutes later. He and a helper came back with a new 50 gal, gas Lochinvar, and had it installed and working in about 3 hrs from my initial call!

To be honest, we have used Blackburn & Davis for many years for plumbing & HVAC, as had my mother-in-law. I shouldn't have worried when I got the standard office recording, as the owner checks the machine every morning, I was told.

Do not use this company!! They showed up never walked in the house to look at my sump pump. I was told by the individual while in route that the pipe attached wasn’t covered and they would just take my 100 dollar deductible from my home warranty company. The gentlemen shows up again never looks at my sump pump, takes my credit card info/charges me 100 dollars, glances at the discharge pipe which is the problem, calls my insurance company and leaves!! A total of 8 minutes, WOW!! I call the insurance company and they say to me we don’t understand the diagnosis either sir, I said how can you when he didn’t even look at the problem for more than 3 minutes!! We live in a world that money doesn’t grow on trees and I don’t just give 100 dollars away everyday! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
