As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months???
My advice...find someone else.

This company was so easy to deal with, friendly and courteous from Brrok in the office to the plumbers who installed. The water heater they brought was too big for my space so they called the office and one of the owners,(Mark Willman) brought them out a smaller one. They installed it quickly and efficiently and were mindful of my property!! I can't say enough about this company. Oh and yes, they had the best price I found around town. Thankful and greatful ! Tony's Plumbing provides horrible customer service!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Both the office receptionist and Eric the estimator are clearly, unprofessional, disrespectful, inconsiderate and just plain rude.

I called Tony's Plumbing for a estimate. The estimator, Eric called and said he needs to reschedule my appointment to next week. We confirmed the new date and Eric text me on appointment day #2 and said, looks like I can't make it today, let reschedule for next week. I did not respond. Tony's Plumbing epitomizes poor customer service. Karma.

Unbelievably expensive. Love working with small business and would even pay a little more to do it. However, I was recently sent an invoice for $513.50 to check for a gas leak on a furnace.

Told me they had to wait for the utilitity company for 3-4hrs and it was 94/hr to wait.

I am clearly in the wrong business if plumbers get 94/hr when they aren’t working. Never again, guess big business is the only option these days.

We have hired PlumbRight about 10 times in the past. In addition to their excellent work, everytime they come they have been so polite and informative. We've had the opportunity to work with many of their employees and every experience has been excellent. They take time to answer my questions and they also give me a heads up when they are on their way. We've had them do the whole range of plumbing tasks for us, including water heater, garbage disposal, leaks and faucet replacement. Once, we had a plumbing emergency in which there was water gushing into our crawlspace. They fit us in on the weekend and fixed our pipe promptly. Give them a try! You won't regret it!
