Don't use this guy! He will charge you 3 times the amount of a professional plumber. During the remodel process of 2 bath rooms and reset an old water heat he wanted over $ 2,100.00 for the work. Not only was it way to high, the job leaked, values were set wrong and it pushed us back getting the job done. We had to tear out drywall and the rear surround of the shower stall so he could fix it! FYI, we supplied all materials outside of $ 100-150.00 in parts. This guy is a joke!

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

I called on 12/28 to see they could come to my area and work on my toilet. I gave them my address and told them my problem. They said that I was in the area and that they will be out Friday to work on my toilet. Thursday they called and said they had a bunch of emergencies come up and that they will be able to come out Wednesday and do it. Sure that’s fine. Cold weather pipe bursts for a bunch of people no problem. Tuesday they call and said they can’t come out at all due to I’m not in the service area!! I have gave them my address 4 times!!! If I wasn’t in the service area why string me along and make me wait? I could have found a different plumber. I called to ask them what changed and to speak with someone that could help. No call back. They lost not only a repair but a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel!!! Don’t waste your time with them.Since they responded to the review I try to call the number that they listed to talk it over with them no responses. The manager is unavailable again. This is the second time I have called today to resolve this problem.Please don’t do business with these people. Very untrustworthy.Update they called back still not using them. They apologize for making me wait. I have to wait another Wednesday for them to come out. I have another plumber coming coming out to fix my problem.

I have used several different plumbers and nobody fixed my problem. I called Willman brothers, and they were very nice, and fixed my problem within and hour! I highly recommend their services!!!

Very nice people, but the first time I called them out, they replaced the wrong part of my toilet. 6 weeks later, my toilet was out of commission again due to the original broken part that was never fixed. They did come out again and fixed the original issue, but I spent a small fortune considering I had to pay for the extra visit, when it should have been done right the first time. I’m not sure why the original issue was not addressed, as it was explicitly stated, but paying twice for the same problem doesn’t sit well.

I have used Blackburn & Davis for 30 years for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. I recently had Daryl out to get my A/C working. Per usual, the repair was made in a timely manner and at what I feel to be a reasonable cost. For me, a good Plumbing/HVAC company is as important as a good auto mechanic, electrician and carpenter. Blackburn & Davis is the ONLY one I need to call. Thanks guys!!

Sept 2022 - Another quality installation!!!

I highly recommend Venhoff Plumbing. I have used them for my home and business. They are skilled, responsive, and very fairly priced. They installed new washer dryer hookups for me. Later, they installed a new toilet & faucets. And most recently, in the big December freeze when a water line froze & blew out, even though I was low on the list, they took time to swing by to turn off the main water so the crawl space could start to dry out. I expected to be camping for several days with no running water and bought 2 dozen jugs of water to get me through. The very next morning, Venhoff called me and said I was their first appointment for a crew to come and assess the situation. I expected,an assessment and a plan to come back for the fix. But these guys checked it all out, fixed it and, within 90 minutes, my water is already back on!!! These guys Rock!!!
Now what am I going to do with all these jugs of water!!?!! 🤣

Our warranty company contracted assigned PlumbRight to our water heater service request. Three days after the install the wiring on the unit caught fire leaving us with no hot water and damaging the wiring to the shut of. An electric company came and inspected the damage and determined the fire was caused as the result of a loose connection from the installation. This company was notified on the day of the failure. We did not hear from them again until we escalated the matter with our warranty company. A week and a half after the incident the installer showed up after their scheduled appointment time and without a new water heater. The installer and the person I spoke with at the company proceeded to blame the manufacturer of the water heater and us stating that it was an issue with our wiring. We were never informed of a wiring issue at the time of install but conveniently there was on now that there was a fire and our house could have burned down. They also told us this “happens all the time” as if that makes it okay or better. They install these daily as they claim but the installer didn’t even put the electrical compartment cover on the correct direction… the burn is on the top of the cover where if properly closed would have been on the inside. Seems a simple thing if they install these all the time. Last night our electrician replaced the wiring damaged by the fire, removed the damaged wire from the water heater and reconnected the water heater. After almost two weeks we have hot water so this issue is not the water heater as PlumbRight has suggested. It is not a manufacturing issue it is an installation issue. If you choose this company for your repair, make sure no electrical work is involved or be prepared to have it inspected. If something happens following the install they will wash their hands of you as they don’t make mistakes and almost burn your house down.
