I was having a party (on a Sunday) and both my toilets were clogged. I was in a panic and started calling random plumbers that were “open 24 hours”...all I got were answering machines. A good friend of mine at the party referred me too Vessels Plumbing. A real live person answered the phone and they were able to show up within an hour and a half. The guys had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. They were AWESOME! Vessels Plumbing will get any and all my plumbing needs in the future! VESSELS PLUMBING ROCKS!!!!!!

They were professional and even made a second special trip when they realized they didn't have exactly what they needed to repair the broken toilet. Great work and great customer service!

Louisville Mechanical replaced my tired and aging furnace and AC with a high efficiency HVAC system. The installer was very experienced with many years in the HVAC industry he called prior to arrival and was always on time. His professionalism and attention to detail was amazing!

The old furnace was removed and the new furnace installed same day, he did not leave until the heat was back on. The installer came back the next morning and installed the outside AC unit. He tested the complete system and went over the operation and maintenance.

Since we were so happy with Louisville Mechanical, I had them replace my old water heater with a high efficiency tankless unit. This involved draining and hauling away the old water heater, installing the tankless unit with new plumbing, venting and electrical. Their installer arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. He went over the operation and maintenance and ensured we had hot water before he left.

I typically do not leave reviews but they made the entire experience very easy, their communication and workmanship was fantastic!

Just lazy !

Our Kitchen sink drain was clogged. Called Tom Drexler three technicians with a little hand snake in a week their answer redo the kitchen drain and cut out drywall in my basement for $3600. Called Roto-Rooter $200 drain unclogged. Don't get ripped off call Roto-Rooter. Ask for Billy Excellent!

I had a plumber come to my house recently from Sondergeld Plumbing to fix a broken toilet valve and check on some leaks. He was polite and professional and did a great job. I will be calling Sondergeld again whenever I need a plumber.

Best bunch of guys to service your home. Brain was fast and courteous to get someone to us. Mike was a super nice and knowledgeable guy. Told us that he may not get us running good before thanksgiving but he would try. Not only did they get running they had the job complete within 6 hours. If you need a plumber they are the best! I work for a non-profit and we used them to replace a ac unit. The unit they installed had issues from day 1, and they would charge us to fix the unit they installed. The finishing straw was when they quoted us $3k to replace an hvac line that wasn't broken (second opinion confirmed that). Stay away from these guys.
