These folks do good work. Had pinhole leak issue in our entire plumbing system and had to replace everything in our home. Had three people bid the job. Terry clearly had the best understanding of where the pipes were running and where they'd have to cut drywall to make the replacements. They made about half the cuts others expected to make and did the job very well.

They did fast and professional work . Had some billing issues and they was very polite and worked thru them . Would recommend and use again !

Cussed my wife out and threw trash all over our yard. Plumbing still an issue. Don't waste your money when there are reputable companies in town. Just sent a guy to pick up the trash, so I added another star to the review for an attempt at resolving the situation.

Unbelievably expensive. Love working with small business and would even pay a little more to do it. However, I was recently sent an invoice for $513.50 to check for a gas leak on a furnace.

Told me they had to wait for the utilitity company for 3-4hrs and it was 94/hr to wait.

I am clearly in the wrong business if plumbers get 94/hr when they aren’t working. Never again, guess big business is the only option these days.

My home warranty company uses PlumbRight as a service provider. We had a small leak from our garbage disposal so I placed a request through the home warranty site. The next day I received a call from PlumbRight and scheduled a visit for later in the week. When Josh arrived (on time), I showed him a picture of where the leak was occurring, since it was a very small leak at the time. He quickly continued the diagnosis and replaced the garbage disposal. He was here and completed with the work quickly and allowed me to continue on with my day. Just lazy !

This joke of a business does not even deserve one star. Stan came out to my place of business to unstop our main line. He was extremely adamant about me paying before he did anything. I explained to him that I would pay as soon as he was done. He got irritated and said fine. After 10 minutes of trying to unstop my main he told me he needed to come back tomorrow to have a water jet serivce done to flush out all my plumbing. It’s $700. I told him well we have to do what we have to so I can operate my business. He then handed me a invoice for $250 for 10 minutes of work. I asked him why I had to pay so much for 10 minutes of work when my problem was not solved? He looked me in the eye and said because I showed up that’s why. He was rude to me, my staff and even my clients! I paid and called the office to speak to someone. The “commercial manager” called me and I explained the situation and he cut me off and said my employee would not say that. Then rudely asked me if I want to continue with the service because they where one of the only companies that could provide this service. I told him no. I would pay someone double just to be treated properly. This place is a joke.
