Called a few plumbers and they had a wait for days. It was a Friday afternoon and Griffin came Monday afternoon. Kevin the plumber was professional and fixed my leak within 3 hours.

I reached out to a few plumbers in the area. Mostly the bigger named companies. Things didn't work out with them. A friend on fb recommended Brandon (the owner). I contacted him. He was responsive to every message I sent. As soon as we spoke on the phone, I knew I liked his personality.

While talking to him, I explained that I am a single mom and like to learn how to fix things myself. It's not that I don't want to pay people to do things but I take pride in being able to fix things around the house. Brandon said he would be happy to use me as his assistant and teach me as he fixed it.

The day of service, he did exactly what he said. He put me in charge of running up and down the stairs to turn the water on and off (apparently this is what a plumber assistant does 😂). He honestly did a fantastic job of explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He showed me a few work around hacks to make things easier if I have to do it in the future.

He had all of plumbing issues resolved in about an hour. I had a clogged kitchen sink/garbage/disposal/pipe/drain, a spigot that had frozen over the winter and I had questions about general maintenance.

He had a great personality, very reasonable prices and he obviously has been in this trade for a long time. I think it's also important to note that never once did I feel like he was talking down to me or treating me like he could upcharge me or whatever (girls, you know what I'm talking about).

I will absolutely call them with any future plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone.

Two men came out to inspect and reinstall a Numi toilet. First they said they had no experience with that type of toilet and took longer than expected to finish. The bill stated that they made all wiring connections for toilet features but it only needed to be plugged in, which I can do! The bill was $325.83 which is higher than any plumbing bill we've ever received for anything! I called the company to speak with the owner/manager to see if they could make an adjustment. The receptionist took the call and said she would have Bob' get back to me. He never returned the call. I called again and still no response.

Mike did a great job installing own new bathroom vanity, facet and toilet. He was very professional, timely, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Scroggins Plumbing to our family and friends. He also cleaned the pipe in the kitchen sink, our washing machine is directly behind the sink and when the washer empties, the water backs up into the kitchen sinks and then flows out. This happens ever couple of years and he recommended other options if it keeps happening. Thanks again, Mike great job!!

We woke up to our sewer pump alarm going off. I started calling around and Brian Scroggins was the first plumbing company who could get to us. While Alex (I believe that was his name) was nice, he completely misdiagnosed our issue. He told me our discharge line was improperly installed and they would need to dig up our front yard and replace the piping. They offered a price range of fixes. The lowest was their band-aid fix starting at $4,718 and the most expensive was their platinum at just over $14,000. Anyway, I decided to get a second opinion and am so glad I did. The other plumbing company was able to diagnose the problem for $99 and get me in touch with the company who could actually perform the repairs. The repairs were done the next morning and ultimately cost me nothing because the pump was still under warranty. Of course I'm still out the $350 diagnostic fee Brian Scroggins Plumbing charged me.

Andrew and the crew were extremely professional. They kept me informed through the entire process of replacing a drain. I highly recommend this crew! On time, fair pricing and quality work!
