Best New Sink in Louisville KY

Very bad company. Took advantage of the elderly. Seems to be proud of it. As you can tell by other reviews you really need to stay clear of companies that borderline criminal and are definitely unethical. Owner seriously lacks any moral fiber.

Called, no answer.

Anthony and his crew came out after I had sewage coming up on my yard after the main pipe (from the 1950’s) broke. He was very professional and explained everything to where even I could understand. I highly recommend 502 Plumbing!!

Exemplary Plumbing installed our tankless water heater for us and did a great job! Communication was good and they arrived on time. Very professional work and good clean up when the job was done. Thanks so much... we are satisfied customers.

Talked with a nice fella today that walked me through water heater troubleshooting over the phone and had my problem fixed within 10 minutes. Had a few other guys from other companies come to MY HOUSE wouldn't even touch it. This number is saved in my phone for whenever I have any plumbing problems in the future.

Just moved in to our new rental, they went above and beyond to make us happy and even cleaned up the basement. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place of business..we called and talked to Lisa who was very professional and nice and gave us a lot of help..the plumbers that showed up were very professional and did a beautiful job putting in an excess door..working on our walk in tub and putting in our new hot water tank..they did it in a timely manner the people are great to talk to and they cleaned up their mess..I love this place.

Best bunch of guys to service your home. Brain was fast and courteous to get someone to us. Mike was a super nice and knowledgeable guy. Told us that he may not get us running good before thanksgiving but he would try. Not only did they get running they had the job complete within 6 hours. If you need a plumber they are the best! Thanks again guys!

Had a clogged tub and leaking under the tub through the drain. They came in and repaired the issue going above and beyond. I live on a concrete slab and had to pull up my tub, jack hammer a 2 ft deep x 3 ft area to replace all the pipes and trap that was decayed. Also, found other pipes that were leaking from my kitchen sink pipes. Poured in new concrete, put in new tub, shower attachments, faucet, new tub surround and all new pipes. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Austin installed our dishwasher. He was very professional and took the time to do everything correct. When I chose the tier of service I wanted for the install he asked questions to be sure it was the right fit for me. He cleaned up after himself and remained calm even when my neighbor was being rude to him about parking. Highly recommend!
