We were having new countertops and a sink installed. I needed a plumber to disconnect disposal, drain line, water supplies to faucet and dishwasher drain then return to hook everything backup after sink installation. Being new to the community and wanting to use someone close I contacted Blackburn and Davis. The quality of their work was excellant however I thought their bill of $752 for labor was very excessive for the amount of time they were here. I definitely will contact someone else the next time I need a plumber.

This company fixed our toilet in July. We paid a $75 deductible and a month later one of the NEW parts that they replaced inside the toilet broke. The company claimed it was a different problem and NOT related to the work done a month or so earlier. They also tried to say that we pushed the handle down too hard or the part had a hairline crack in it. We had to pay a second $75 deductible to fix the toilet that they fixed already. They should honor and guarantee the work that they performed and not try and to cover up their shoddy work by blaming the homeowners. I would give them zero stars but I did not have that option. Just read the reviews about the homeowner warranty repairs and beware when using this company.

Great food

I've remodeled many homes and worked with a host of plumbers, some good and some not-so. After a couple of bad experiences here , I happened to see a CLMS and stopped next to me at an intersection a couple years ago and called them for a simple job. Since then, CLMS Plumbing has taken care of two bath and one kitchen remodel.
