I own a home that is 70+ years old. Needless to say, there are always plumbing projects and repairs to be made.

Davis & Davis has done all of my plumbing work for 20 years. This has ranged from small projects (replacing an outdoor spigot) to large ones (replacing all the copper piping in the entire house). They once even came on a Saturday morning when my old sump pump had failed and partially flooded the basement.

Davis & Davis a no-drama service provider. They show up on time, provide professional service, and do what they've promised to do for the price they quoted. I know when I call them that I will get good quality, reliable service.

As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months???
My advice...find someone else.

Bryan Stephens was my technician and it absolutely wonderful to have someone come to do work and be so excited about life and his job…he needs to train the others on customer service!

The plumbers were very professional and explained the entire process before they started. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner with minimal disruption to my water service. Their prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Tony's Plumbing for all your needs.

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!

If I could give Blackburn & Davis a 0 star rating I would... let me start off by saying, that I'd never been straight-up *kicked out* of an office until today. The condo association of my building unfortunately depends on Blackburn, and I had recently called them about our drip pan in our a/c unit overflowing - supposedly, the problem was coming from the lines to our building's chiller, which Blackburn denied. They looked under a couple'a ceiling tiles, took a few pictures, and left without actually doing or even touching anything.

A day ago, I received a xerox copy of the bill from the condo association, marked that the bill was 'Past Due' (this was the only communication from them I had even received), and the bill total came out to $114 - $94 being a Labor charge... for labor that was actually not even done.

Needless to say, I was livid over a bogus charge for a guy to come in and take pictures and leave, so I attempted TODAY to go to Blackburn & Davis' office on Frankfort Ave to negotiate the matter. The older gentleman there, wouldn't even hear me out - nor even let me speak - as he kept interrupting me, then abruptly, he opened the office door leading out onto the street, and told me to get my a** out of his office; he also said, Don't you EVER call us again!, then called me a son of a b**ch as a I walked out.

Such an unprofessional attitude, an unwillingness to hear customers out, and a VERY shady practice... DON'T deal with Blackburn & Davis ever! They'll scam you by cutting corners (or,, by not actually even doing any work), then they'll charge outlandish fees for their sucky service. Good Riddance, B&D.

PlumbRight was assigned to me by our home warranty and I’m very impressed with their company. Chris and Ethan called before showing up, got here in time, discovered and repaired the issue quickly, and were professional throughout the entire process. Thanks for fixing what could have become a much larger issue!

Had an appointment time they were a no-call no-show. Attempted to call and leave a voicemail along with text message. Got no response back.

Josh said he would arrive in a 2 hour window and he did. He was very attentive to my issue and spent a lot of time troubleshooting to fix the issue. He was only here for a short amount of time but that’s all it took. I will be calling them again

My experience was nothing short of professional and fantastic. Called for a leaky pipe, Tom was out within an hour and provided excellent service and wisdom. Would recommend them to anyone. If you’re lucky enough to have Tom come out, you’re in great hands.

Just lazy !

The Durbin plumbing team is great! We were in a hurry to fix a plumbing issue. Tina was able to get Josh out to our house quickly. The work was done properly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them!
