They came out and fixed my 22 year old AC unit without giving me a quote and charged me $700 for a leak! They said the cost was the freon they added....well my AC went out again 2 weeks later. They said it needed replacement and quoted me $5,100 with only a $100 discount from the useless charge that wasn't approved by me before!!
When my second and 3rd opinion came out they were shocked because there was WAY too much freon and said whoever fixed it had NO IDEA what they were doing and almost blew up my unit. The 3rd opinion referral I had come out not only fixed it for free temporarily, but only charge $ 3,800 for the new unit.
I Also would like to add that they wouldn't budge on price because they said it was the only 10 year warranty around. Well, EVERY other person has offered a 10 year warranty and New Circle was nothing but lying, dirty, conducting bad business and claiming to be Christian. They are a JOKE- do not use them!!

I contacted Pacific Plumbing after getting a high water bill. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Austin came to the house with his mask (thanks Covid) and asked politely if he could come in and look around. Manners are a lost art! He checked the water meter and did a few other little things with my fixtures that I remembered while he was here. This place is a rip-off. I do not recommend their services. They had us waiting weeks for a replacement part we didn't even need. Then WAY overcharged. Terrible way to run a business. Avoid at all costs.

Called 1 week and 3 days ago for an appointment on a Monday for a clogged drain. Received several texts they were coming today (Monday) and I confirmed. No one ever called me to give me an idea of when they would be coming. I called two times 8:30 and 11:30 to ask for a window of time so I was not waiting all day for them. I was told they were still working on the schedule. It is 315pm and I still have not heard from them. They are inconsiderate of my time. I would not use.
