We installed a new thermostat ourselves and before they left they made sure everything was hooked up correctly and running smoothly. Marsha in billing was excellent to work with and so friendly. Everyone from the first call to request a service appointment through the end of install and payment were very friendly and never pushy. Logan even checked in later after the install was complete to make sure everything went well and the AC was doing its job.

Called this company after doing research. Brandon called me back and set the appt for this week. He was precise, comedic and was very knowledgeable and personable. What was suppose to be just an estimate turned into them fixing the issue at no charge. He'd just so happen to have exactly what we needed in his truck for the issue to be fixed. They were done in less than thirty mins. He also told us a couple of tricks. We're having him back in a couple of weeks for a bathroom remodel. Not happy. Came out to give estimate on plumbing prob and was charged $178 for the 15 min. visit! The estimate was way higher than others, so they did not do the work.

Plumbing truck sat in our very small neighborhood at a stop sign for over an hour with no work at any of our houses! Very strange and seemed highly shady! I would be cautious with this company something doesn’t add up. No reason to block the street and be in a residential area with no active jobs.

As you can see I’ve alread written a negative review in this company. I would just like to point out that almost all the reviews had the same complaints as I & were addressed the same exact way. Excuses, excuses &
