I Jeremy out today on a follow up from some previous work. He took the time to really evaluate the situation and offered a lot of knowledge and insight into what could be going on. They stand behind their work and customer service is great!

Absolute Overhead Door came to fix my broken garage door spring. The whole process to schedule them and have the service completely finished was easy! I sent an online inquiry on a Sunday night and had a service tech out by Monday afternoon!Dylan was the service tech and he was very professional and walked me through my options and his recommendations with facts and no hard sell. He was able to quickly take care of my problem in a timely fashion. The customer service associate was courteous and I was sent a text and picture of the service tech ahead of time to know who and when to expect their arrival.Overall - very good experience and would use Absolute Overhead Door again.

Had a problem with foreign object in trapway piping of toilet bowl (don’t you just love children). Called Maeser for help and technician responded same day with attitude of wanting to do whatever it takes to resolve. Was competent, experienced, easy to work with and stayed with it until everything was back in service. Great experience given you have address whether you want to or not!

This time we had Austin change out gait valve to a ball valve in case we needed to shut off the water from inside the house. He was very polite and got the job done in a timely manner. Very pleased with Dauenhauer both times we have used them.I had a leaking water heater on Sunday. My husband had gone out of town the day before and I was having to soak up the water in the pan every hour ( it was leaking about 1 to 1 1/2 gallons per hour) being in 55 gallon water heater it was going to take all night and into Monday before it would drain. I had turned off the power to it. I called and they sent Matt and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He called his co-workers to bring a water heater out (Mt Washington) so that he didn't have to go into Louisville and come back. Meanwhile he drained the old water heater and took the old one out and when his co-workers got here they were able to install the new one. Matt was friendly and he listened to what I told him that I had done and I would highly recommend him. Thanks for a good job Matt, hope you were able to get some rest. Your on call schedule is like mine as a R N was. Thanks again.

Their heating and cooling technician, Ezra, came out in a timely manner, gave me a call 20 minutes before he arrived, and was friendly to chat with. I highly recommend using Summers. Also, I felt like I got a good price to have them fix my heating issue, which was taken care of in about 20 minutes. They gave a price upfront and suggested their maintenance plan. I appreciated their service.

If I could give Blackburn & Davis a 0 star rating I would... let me start off by saying, that I'd never been straight-up *kicked out* of an office until today. The condo association of my building unfortunately depends on Blackburn, and I had recently called them about our drip pan in our a/c unit overflowing - supposedly, the problem was coming from the lines to our building's chiller, which Blackburn denied. They looked under a couple'a ceiling tiles, took a few pictures, and left without actually doing or even touching anything.

A day ago, I received a xerox copy of the bill from the condo association, marked that the bill was 'Past Due' (this was the only communication from them I had even received), and the bill total came out to $114 - $94 being a Labor charge... for labor that was actually not even done.

Needless to say, I was livid over a bogus charge for a guy to come in and take pictures and leave, so I attempted TODAY to go to Blackburn & Davis' office on Frankfort Ave to negotiate the matter. The older gentleman there, wouldn't even hear me out - nor even let me speak - as he kept interrupting me, then abruptly, he opened the office door leading out onto the street, and told me to get my a** out of his office; he also said, Don't you EVER call us again!, then called me a son of a b**ch as a I walked out.

Such an unprofessional attitude, an unwillingness to hear customers out, and a VERY shady practice... DON'T deal with Blackburn & Davis ever! They'll scam you by cutting corners (or,, by not actually even doing any work), then they'll charge outlandish fees for their sucky service. Good Riddance, B&D.
