Cameron Hicks was hands down the best service technician we've experienced! He was very professional and personable, which I like. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and asking a bunch of questions. He was very knowledgeable and gave us information to help us maintain our a/c unit. This was the first time we used Absolute Services and it won't be the last. Thanks for doing a great job Cameron, but most of all, for being a genuinely nice person that I feel I can trust!

Can’t say enough good things about Waylon and Bryant Heating and Cooling. Came home at 6:30 PM from work to find air conditioner not working, called Bryant and in under an hour Waylon was at my doorstep. He was the utmost professional and very personable. He found the problem and by 8 PM the air conditioner was up and running. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone. We were so impressed, we bought a service contract!Update: We just had Dave come do our winter HVAC maintenance. I have to give kudos to Bryant and their workers. Was a little nervous about having someone come in the house during the pandemic, but he followed all the protocols. Properly masked, gloved and had booties on his shoes. Cleaned all equipment after touching it and before bringing in the house and even cleaned my credit card before handing back to me!! As always we are always pleased with the work and professionalism!

Unbelievably expensive. Love working with small business and would even pay a little more to do it. However, I was recently sent an invoice for $513.50 to check for a gas leak on a furnace.

Told me they had to wait for the utilitity company for 3-4hrs and it was 94/hr to wait.

I am clearly in the wrong business if plumbers get 94/hr when they aren’t working. Never again, guess big business is the only option these days.
