It was until I had received my next water bill that we had a leak caused by the service tech. When I called to ask someone to come out and fix the problem they created, I was told I would have to pay another $150. Even though I had proof that our water bill doubled after the plumber left, there was no way for me to know there was a leak before he left. Call me crazy but I don't go around putting food coloring in my toilet all the time. The service tech said it was fixed so I mistakenly believed him. I will never use them again and I will never advise anyone to use this company.

I called this company to come out and give me a quote on plumping work I need down for a remodel. They showed up on time and when they were finished making notes I was told I would get an email. Well over a week later and 2 phone calls I got nothing back. I had 4 people out that day and got quotes back that same day or the very next day. If a company is too busy just say so, if the job is too big or too small just say you aren't the company for me. To leave me in limbo is unprofessional and rude. I won't call this company again.

They have done two difficult jobs for me. Their quality of work and pricing are both very nice.

Previous plumber quit, so he recommended H20 Publishing LLC. I could not be more please. I called at 3:30pm on a Monday and was given a first thing Tuesday 9am appointment. They called a little before 9am to confirm and said they were on the way. 9:19 two very polite and hard working you men showed up to change out a commode and put in a new water line and shut off valve. At 10:01 they were done and out the door. They worked fast, clearly knowledgeable and came in $30 less than quoted. VERY please and HIGHLY recommend this firm. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

Brad Holt and his partner did an amazing job replacing my water heater. It was a difficult install that required them to think outside of the box in order to get the old one out and install the new one. They were on time, very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and determined to complete the task no matter how difficult it was. On top of all that they both also entertained and answered all of what seemed like 1,000 questions from my kids while they worked. If I could give more than 5 stars these guys would definitely get the maximum. Any and all future work I have done I will be specifically requesting one or both of these guys.

Unbelievably BAD business! First of all, they came to our home after our basement was flooded with 18 inches of sewage/water. Our gas water heater was sitting in this mess for several days. The plumber turned it ON and said we were ready to go. It was, according to a google search and several plumbers I spoke with (and an inspection by another plumber) later that day, a serious fire and explosion hazard, and should NOT have been done. I reported this to MSD (with whom we have a claim), and they sent the company back out to replace the water heater. After the job was done, I was told by a woman at the office (over the phone) that she would be getting in touch with me to give me a number to call to arrange the city code inspection. I never heard from her. I called back several weeks later and was given the information. I asked why no one never got in touch with me, and she said, I don't know. Maybe something was misplaced. What? It seems to me that this company is not at all concerned with their liability. First they do something that is extremely irresponsible. (I was told by several plumbers that the old water heater could have caught fire or exploded after it was turned back on.) Then, they don't make any effort whatsoever to arrange the code inspection. I don't trust them at all.

Came to fix a leak coming from my bath. He determined that the problem was that a part of the tub was not sealed properly. He changed me over $100 and didn't bother to seal the part all the way (which would have taken him an extra minute). What a waste of time and money.
