They were reassuring and fit me into their busy schedule. Once they came, they stayed until they could isolate the leak in the walls and fix it. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. They used troubleshooting to minimizing cutting drywall to find the leak and used dropcloth to minimize the dust from cutting the drywall. They cleaned up their mess such that you couldn't tell on the carpet that they had been there. They fixed the leak with a better pipe than we had to ensure we would not have problems in the future. They explained their warranty if we had any problems. They provided input to our questions on how to best handle the wet drywall and carpet, and were incredibly cost effective on price. I can vouch that they have high integrity from my numerous dealings with them. I highly recommend Vessels Plumbing.

I asked for a refund for the estimate three times and still have not received it. Yes, it was a small job but he should have never sent me a quote and should have communicated better with me from the start.
