Can't say enough great things about my experience with Daunhauer and how happy I am with the service provided by Nick M. My sewer main was stopped up and I had called another company at first.. they charged me $80 to come out and tell me I had a blockage.. (that's why I called smh) then wanted to offer me 3 levels of service ranging from $600-$1300 to resolve the same issue.. I then called Daunhauer (only charged me $400) and I'm glad I did, it was obvious that Nick was more concerned about getting my issues resolved, than trying to stick it to me because I had an emergency situation.. thank you Daunhauer for being customer service first over maximizing profits when someone has an emergency..

We had a toilet replaced with one we had purchased. Kevin, the plumber who did the installation, was polite, very thorough and quick, and left us no mess to clean up. Definitely calling them again next time I need something!!!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company! Our HVAC went out and we were unable to finance, let alone pay outright for a replacement unit. Kas went out of her way to find a solution and within the week we got a replacement and don’t have to fear the winter. The entire team was so polite, responsive, clean, and efficient. We’ll definitely continue using this company for any future needs.

Excellent experience with RG Wolfe Plumbing helping us choose and install a toilet at my mother’s house. They were so easy to work with and after the install came back out quickly when there a small issue (not as a fault of their doing).

Jeremy Cusack with Watson mechanical did necessary repairs in my bathroom remodel. Repairs included tub replacement, faucet replacement, and waste and overflow replacement. Jeremy was very professional, polite, prepared, efficient, and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone I know and will call him again if I have any additional plumbing projects. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT use this company for any issues with plumbing. They came to my house to fix a leak in my sink and ice maker but $153 later nothing at all was fixed. RIPOFF. They suggest I have them come back out to find where the leak is coming from, there was no time to do it on that day. I bring in a plumber to fix a problem, not tighten a couple nuts and call it a day. At one point he fixed my ice maker but when I opened the door in front of him it was pouring out water. I honestly feel stupid I gave this company any money at all. Hopefully the new ones I have from another company coming in today can actually fix my problems. I'm planning on filing a claim for this outrageous bill when nothing was fixed and filing a report with the better business bureau. Thanks for NOTHING Tom Sondergeld Plumbing. Hopefully this review will deter others from being ripped off as well.
