Best Sump Pump Installation in Louisville KY

A couple of weeks ago, I noticed my hot water was not working right. As a new homeowner, I contacted my warranty company which directed me to Durbin Plumbing. I was a little nervous after I read some reviews, but when I finally met Doug and the gentlemen that were tasked with my repairs, I felt like I was in good hands.

They received my call on Thursday, came out to diagnose the issue on Friday and contacted my warranty company and received approval for my repair early that next week. When the repair didn't go as expected, they apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to come back the next business day to finish everything.

I'm happy to report that even with having to deal with my home warranty, they were able to resolve the issue rather quickly (less than 7 business days), and they were willing to work with my work schedule to find a time that worked for everyone.

To address some other reviews, the gentlemen that serviced my water heater were very personable, and I enjoyed talking to them while they were in my condo. Doug was also kind and straight forward.

The tech was on time, called before his arrival to give me a head’s up, and was very professional. I could tell he was being thorough in his inspection. I’ve used this company to replace my A/C and HVAC. They are very good and I love how you can book appointments online.

Shane helped repair a shower that wasn't draining. Of course, I tried to do it myself and that's why I ended up calling Shane. We've used him before and have always found him to be on-time, polite, and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Shane Gibson Plumbing to anyone in the Prospect/Goshen area. He's extremely dependable!

My AC was on the blink. Summers was the best price with a 17 seers efficiency Lenox unit. They were able to install our unit the same week it went down. Nate, Nathaniel, and Eric were all great to work with.

Aaron was the tech he did a great job, on time and very neat. Have used ASI before and will always use them. Will always recommend ASI.

I would have left 4 stars if the plumbers solution had lasted more than a couple months. Had them out to inspect my drain for clogs then replace a very aged slow flushing toilet. However he used acid to clean my old toilet instead of installing the new one I bought and had asked him to. Told me it was the wrong size rough in even though I had already measured. He did not measure, but told me he could tell just by looking. Anyway, 2 months later same slow flush and so I went ahead and re-bought the exact same toilet as before and installed myself, which did fit perfectly. (Older home with a 10 inch rough in.) Everything works great since I replaced and the very old wax ring was starting to leak too so real glad that's fixed now. Didn't really want to have to mess with it, but wasn't going to lose more money on a simple job. I am sure they are an over all reputable business, just in this case I lost money on a patch job that should have been thorough.

Water line leak. Called TSP and they scheduled me immediately. MSD and LGE wanted them to wait another five days but TSP came anyway. They located the leak, dug to China with as little lawn disturbance as possible, repaired the line and kept me informed the whole time. Very professional. Mike Pich was the plumber on site. Good man.

Cooper is one of the kindest, humblest, smartest people I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspiring and I am so grateful to him as a person and a plumber. In 2020 I bought a 100 year old brick building with the hopes of renovating it into my live/work space. After getting into it I realized just how much work the building needed. I couldn't have done it without Coopers help. He cared just as much about the building as I did and project after project I am happy to say the building is running like new! I couldn't recommend Cooper's Plumbing more highly!

I called Bryan a day before Thanksgiving to put a new water heater in. He was able to come that same day and figured out that I did not need a new water heater, but only a small part. He saved me hundreds of dollars. Right Pipe Plumbing will now be my regular plumbers for all my plumbing needs.

I wouldn't recommend this plumber on a bet. Pay 225.00 to auger a toilet tells me its fixed and 2 days LATER it backs up again. Call them (this is Friday) and they can't come back until Monday or Tuesday. So all weekend waiting ? The reason I went with them was that the 89.00 visit fee I told it was 2 toilets and guy while I was waiting to get the ok, tells me that that was for only one toilet. Originally estimate was 330.00 I declines, they came back with 225.00 they were there so I said go on. Wish I had just gone with the other plumber.
