Chuck and his team was prompt and professional. I called them this morning and they were right out to fix Kent Foushee's hot water heater. We highly recommend them!

We were due to close on sale of house the next day. The moving company moved washer and there was standing water in laundry room floor, I callled and they sent Jacob Wilkerson out same day. He repaired the washer valve. He was professional, repaired the problem quickly. Dauenhauer never disappoints.

That sounds like I am exaggerating, but I am not!! I can not even begin to explain the issues I had with my nearly 50 year old water heater (it wasn't 50 but close!) It was so dangerous and after talking to plumber after plumber and being told I was being ridiculous or treated like I was stupid. I was so terrified every time I heard it rattle or watched it shake. Living without hot water for almost 2 weeks... I have been terrified to be in my own home and to have someone actually verify that I was not as stupid as other plumbers led me to believe. He really relieved a lot of my anxieties and again... literally saved mine and my child's life from carbon monoxide poisoning and who knows what else with a broken gas valve?
