Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Louisville KY

They were recommended to me from a friend, I called and he told me he could come later that day. He called to let me know he was on the way. Got here and went right to the problem, I had two toilets that were not working and the third was clunking real loud when it flushed. I now have three working toilets that you can’t even hear them hardly when flushed. He also looked at my hot water heater because I was hearing a drip sound. Did not charge me for assessing that issue. He did recommend replacing the hot water heater because it is 15 years old and it is upstairs. So they will be replacing the hot water heater and any other plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them. Did not break the bank either!

Corey did a nice job. He was professional, did a good job explaining what needed done, and did quality work. He followed the COVID procedures at all times. Was slightly disappointed that he had to leave for parts when I had given a description of the faucet when I scheduled the service.

I found a plumber I can afford and depend on!! Micah was fantastic - high quality, quick work.

So many of the other plumbers won't tell you up front anything about the cost. They say, we'll come out and give you an estimate. Stay away from them.

Wolfe charges by the hour, which ends up being WAY cheaper than Greenwell or especially Summers.

I hope I don't need to, but I'll use Wolfe as long as I can now. Thank you!

Daniel Brown Plumbing is the best local plumbing company I've ever experienced. Not only for their quick turnaround response and promptness, but the actual plumber himself was wonderful to work with. He is a professional gentleman that only wants to make sure we are happy and satisfied with the services needed. That sounds like I am exaggerating, but I am not!! I can not even begin to explain the issues I had with my nearly 50 year old water heater (it wasn't 50 but close!) It was so dangerous and after talking to plumber after plumber and being told I was being ridiculous or treated like I was stupid. I was so terrified every time I heard it rattle or watched it shake. Living without hot water for almost 2 weeks... I have been terrified to be in my own home and to have someone actually verify that I was not as stupid as other plumbers led me to believe. He really relieved a lot of my anxieties and again... literally saved mine and my child's life from carbon monoxide poisoning and who knows what else with a broken gas valve?

Initially we only had a problem with them being 2 hours late for our appointment with no phone call or contact at all notifying us. I understand some jobs run longer but we got no heads up and I had to reschedule for another day because I had to go back to work.
Once they came back, we had them do the same job they did for us last year around the same time. Replace a pipe that had burst from our water hose. We figured we would be paying around the same amount since it was the same job. Only this time instead of a flat rate, they charged us hourly without notifying us they would be doing so and it took him at least an hour longer to do the same job he had done before.
We of course did not know about the change in pay rate until he was done with the job and charged us $152 MORE than last time! Coincidentally, he charges $150 an hour for labor. When we asked about why the price had changed we got some half answer about covid and prices going up.
After paying him I can say with confidence I will not be using this company again.
