Plumbing truck sat in our very small neighborhood at a stop sign for over an hour with no work at any of our houses! Very strange and seemed highly shady! I would be cautious with this company something doesn’t add up. No reason to block the street and be in a residential area with no active jobs.

Most plumbing companies send out “techs” that know less than I do about plumbing problems (not a lot). Not so with Klein.

Punctual, very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful as well—sir, ma’am, and booties on the boots every time they’re in and out.

The tech couldn't find the problem

My A/C went out when it was 90 degrees outside in the evening and Bryant dispatched someone within 30 minutes. That someone was Cole and he was extremely knowledgeable, and quick to diagnosis my issues. He found that the coil had froze up in the furnace and burned out because my A/C unit amps did not match up with the furnace. He coordinated getting a new A/C and Furnace to be installed that very night! I had a maintenance plan with Bryant for many years on my previous house and had let it lapse when I moved a couple of years ago-which could have prevented this from happening. My experience was very pleasant, swift and the follow ups from the company were appreciated. I highly recommend Bryant, Mr. Cole and the maintenance package :)

Do not hire this company. You will be sorry. They are a complete joke. They charged me $1200 to fix a pipe that was leaking in my toilet and snake my toilet, however, the problem was never fixed. Three times Eric sent a plumber named Justin to my home. Justin would say he “had to go get parts” and stay gone for hours at a time. One time his excuse was that he got a nail in his tire. He would leave for the day saying the problem was fixed and I would go to use my toilet and it would stop up again. Then the same plumber came back out, pulling my toilet out of the floor saying he could fix it. He would leave, it would stop up again. Finally I complained to the “owner” Eric. Eric came out and said he had the problem fixed and yet AGAIN my toilet would stop up after a few uses. Come to find out it wasn’t the toilet at all but my sump pump located behind the wall where my toilet is. Then when I said I wanted some of my money back, Eric said he wouldn’t give my money back but would charge me a few extra hundred to put a new pump in. Completely and totally disappointed in this company. They should be shut down!

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT use this company for any issues with plumbing. They came to my house to fix a leak in my sink and ice maker but $153 later nothing at all was fixed. RIPOFF. They suggest I have them come back out to find where the leak is coming from, there was no time to do it on that day. I bring in a plumber to fix a problem, not tighten a couple nuts and call it a day. At one point he fixed my ice maker but when I opened the door in front of him it was pouring out water. I honestly feel stupid I gave this company any money at all. Hopefully the new ones I have from another company coming in today can actually fix my problems. I'm planning on filing a claim for this outrageous bill when nothing was fixed and filing a report with the better business bureau. Thanks for NOTHING Tom Sondergeld Plumbing. Hopefully this review will deter others from being ripped off as well.

After leaving details with them, they got back to me quickly and were at my house in 15 minutes. Mike was very nice and professional. He explained the issue and the options for repair without pushing to get me to go above and beyond for more money. The repair was done quickly, and he cleaned up everything before leaving. The price was fair and straightforward. I highly recommend them.

Where to start? I am a new buisness owner and Brian has really came through for me. I needed multiple things repaired around the shop. He helped get my hand washing station put in. Then a few weeks later I had a water heater replaced. Also he was able to pull a permit for me so I could get my shop up and running. He is very professional and was over the same day to figure the problem out and repair. I have to say Brian saved the day more than once for me. Anyone needing any plumbing work this is the guy for your job. Thank you Brian!
