I feel like I made the right decision by hiring this plumber. He promptly addressed the problem and added a new discharge pipe to permanently resolve the problem.

Fast, friendly, and high quality service. My wife talked with these guys and scheduled an appointment for the following evening. The representative arrived on time, removed our old HWH and installed the new one within 1.5 hours. The price was the same as a quote from another plumbing company in town. Quick and professional response to my home plumbing disaster. Pleasant on the phone, promised to arrive within the hour (and did), fixed everything in 40 minutes and left it all cleaned up. If you're looking for an honest, skilled group of plumbers look no further. Jimmy Sr. and Jimmy Jr. are great to work with as are their staff (I've worked with Jay and Oliver). Jimmy Sr.'s father was also a plumber and my father called him for his plumbing work. Fast forward to the next generation and when I found out Jimmy had followed in his dad's foot steps it was a no brainer. Although I'm leaving this single review, I've actually used Sunset West many times over the years for plumbing repairs around the house. They're polite, timely, communicative and honest. It's been great to see their business grow and grow because they really do take care of their customers and deserve it!

We used Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company for a problem we had with our new home. When what was originally an extra drain plug became more stubborn and a twisted pipe was just a short term fix, we did some research and found Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company. From the first phone call to the end of the project, everyone we contacted was courteous, professional and very respectful of our time. They ran the drain with cameras and showed me what was wrong with the sewage system and gave us some ways to fix it. We never felt pressured and they were very quick to reassemble the outlines and set new traps. All 5 star service, I am very impressed with Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company and will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

I haven't ever dealt with a plumber before. I was nervous and need help figuring out what happened to our water heater. Brian came from Rocket Plumbing and totally helped us out!

He helped diagnosis it quickly: there was too much sediment in the hot water tank. I had no idea they needed to be flushed once a year. And Brian gave me a tip to make the water heater last twice as long. =) I give them two thumbs up!

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did. Without any hesitation their team came to my house, analyzed the problem & worked really smart with their most advanced equipments and got it fixed in just 2 hours and they cleaned up everything. My elderly mother suffering from cancer hired Ritz plumbing to replace her hot water heater. They replaced the hot water heater and soon after the work was completed the pilot light would go out they sent out service guy's and all they would do is light the pilot light and leave no invoice on several occasions on 6/1/19 they sent two workers out and a manager who showed my son how to light the pilot light and changed a 120.00 dollars. When I made contact with the manager he stated the warranty had expired and to contact the manufacturer. Then I brought up the fact that California requires all hot water heaters strapped or anchored be cause of earthquakes all of a sudden he wanted to come out right away. Ritz plumbing needs to be shut down before someone gets killed. I called out another plumbing company they were on time and actually checked out the hot water heater and strapped the hot water heater that was Ritz plumbing should have done from the moment it was installed the are a scam and the state of California should pull their license.
