Cali Rooter is now my go to plumber, and I’m so glad that I finally found a reliable company after having “meh” experience with others. Cali Rooter is very responsive and professional. I don’t want them to get too busy, but they are definitely reliable and recommendable.

I had a plumbing issue this weekend and needed an emergency plumber. I went on google and easily found a company that was able to take care of it on short notice. I foundJohn's Plumbing in LA and they sent us a very helpful plumber that was there in 30 mins and took care of the issues quickly. The service was outstanding. I most definitely highly recommend them.

My old building required a substantial amount of work to pass inspection after a few not so great plumbers had created a mess..and it was just one mess over another mess.. Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. On top of being time effective and highly knowledgeable about their trade, these guys were just incredibly kind, respectful and non-intrusive to the building's tenants, I loved their laid-back Jamaican style and trust me, you will too..they have my highest possible recommendation for their outstanding service, fantastic work and best prices - they got the job done right - the first time - and kindly made the work affordable. I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.

7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.

Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)

I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)

This is a 5-star operation.

I will be recommending them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. As a former homeowner, I've worked with plenty of contractors before, but these guys tell it like it is, give you a fair quote, show up on time, and get the work done. Reliable and honest, does a great job! We were replacing our broken and leaking water heater to a tankless water heater. Jay was very personable and was interested in our business. Price was better than the other plumbers. They arrived on time to start the job. Now talk about going above and beyond!! Service like this you don't get anymore. The installation was completed and the tankless water heater looks great. We couldn't be happier. It is so refreshing to find someone who treats their customers with care and not just another job! Can't say enough good things about Randy. He's been our plumber for six years and I feel lucky we found him. He's reliable, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. When we moved in we had him repipe our entire house and it was worth every penny (our hundred year old house now has killer water pressure!) Every job he has done for us has been done right and is never a problem again. He's the opposite of a fly-by-night guy--he's an old school tradesman who is extremely honest, reasonable with prices and nice to boot!

Who you gonna call? Nope, not them...TRM Plumbing of course! I was fortunate enough to find TRM through yelp and even more so to discover that they are a fantastic plumbing services company overall.

We had a few issues that needed to be corrected and our biggest issue/concern was our master shower. The TRM team solved the problem by correcting the valve, water pressure and temperature, and have now given us The Wynn, Las Vegas shower experience we've wanted all along!

These guys were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing and were friendly and helpful. They were also early by two hours which was surprising as I'm used to waiting all day for handymen to show up. They did the job and it didn't cost us a tremendous amount of money.
