Daniel was great. It turns out that I was able to make the repair before he came, but he gave a free check up on our plumbing and pronounced everything in great working order. So nice to have someone honest and not trying to up-sell. I will definitely give him a call next time I need a plumber.

These guys are great. They fixed a leak in the outside gas line, in no time, for a great price, and left the place in the same condition as before, so nobody can even tell, that any work was done. Great sense of humor, yet very professional.

Immediately called them today for an emergency gas leak after I smelled a weird gas-like scent in the house. It was a scary situation. I’m beyond thankful for there help in finding the issue and fixing the gas line

I called them up about a year ago to install one of those Pelican whole house water filter/softeners and I can safely say these guys do the job right the first time! They were able to schedule the installation within a week of coming out to do an estimate, which itself was one a day or two after I called, got the whole job done in a reasonable amount of time and pretty close to the original estimate (stuff happens underneath old houses with old pipes and then suddenly you need a new section of pipe; it is what it is). No problems with the filter since and, if I have the need in the future, I'll definitely call them up again.

Plus they are locally owned! Love supporting neighbors!

We had a complicated issue - leak in/under the concreet floor. A guy from Angi list just made a mess and did nothing. We tried 4 more guys who either did not show up or were not able to fix. While real plumbers fixed it all , took half a day.

I had a great experience with Craig's Plumbing! We had a leak in our building that was dripping water onto cars in our garage. Alex identified the problem which was a broken pipe in our refrigerator. He was able to stop the water from leaking and fixed our refrigerator within an hour.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

I called because the Gas Co determined I had a leak in my main line. I was very clear about the service I needed. Dispatch promised someone out within an hour.

When the guys arrived they wouldn't even get out of their truck! Oh, the Gas Co told you this and that .. we can do that ... we have to call someone else and blah blah blah because we can't be liable. 2 minutes later they were on their way.

I called the manager to complain and he said we don't offer that service. I was so very clear about what was needed. Don't waste your time with this company.
