I very rarely write reviews, but I'm really compelled to do so because of Fraser's excellent service. I called multiple plumbers in my area (Leimert Park) and got voicemails, and the run-around. Finally, I tried Fraser's...and found a real family business where they picked up the phone and made me feel that my business was appreciated. Beyond this, they came out super quickly, and did great work fixing a water heater and getting me ready for an inspection. And the price was reasonable. Thank you!

New Pro Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company. Miguel Lopez is very professional and explained my water heater problem in very simple easy to understand terms. The costs for services provided were very fair. He also provided me with additional tips on how to extend the life of my water heater as well as how to save on gas flow during warmer months free of charge. Hired 2 plumbers before JB plumbing, both did not fix the problem, only made it worse and charged an unbelievable price. Once I called Jb Plumbing they arrived within the hour and fixed the job neatly and efficiently. Price was reasonable, workers were respectful and neat. Definitely recommend ??

Very impressed by comprehensive and high-quality services rendered by Plotke Plumbing. My condo needed overhaul remodeling before leasing out: carpeting, hardwood and tile replacement, painting, electric and plumbing works were needed. It could have been very challenging, costly and time-consuming if I had to hire each vendor. When I consulted my needs with Plotke, they said they can take care of them all. They contacted respective vendors, coordinated and managed their work. The duration was about 3 months and the cost was amazingly reasonable. See attached for how my condo looks like now. I highly recommend Plotke for any work you need.

Great service at a good price. Easily 25 bucks cheaper than most estimates I got. Super nice employee, was in and out within 20 minutes after a successful job. Would definitely use them again.

Tom was great. I needed a plumber to cut in a new tankless water heater descaler, descale the heater, and create a bypass. He also noticed that the pressure valve needed changing, and I was glad to have it done. It took a few days to get someone to come out, but the While world is short-staffed these days.

DO NOT USE MIKE DIAMOND PLUMBING. I hired them to install a water filter system. Unknown to me, they installed a very old model and the filters made by the company are no longer made. Therefore, my system was out of date in a few months. I called the manager and he refused to do anything about it. They used old cheap parts that were out of date they became useless in a few months. My advice is to never use this company.

Best in the business. Great every time I work with them. Reasonably priced and no nonsense.

If I could give negative stars I would! I’ve tried to give them an opportunity to earn our business being how we live in the same neighborhood they’re located in, but every time I call for service I can never get them to say “we’ll be glad to service you!” Every time I call it’s the same thing “I have no one that can help you” Useless!!!
