Worst customer service. Rude people with attitude. If could give them 0 stars I would. I been calling them to fix the damages they did and receptionist leaves me on hold. DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE!

I had a main water line emergency. Victor and Gestlin came out to repair the water leak in a hurry. Within a couple of days and over the weekend, the waterline was finished and I had water in my house. I wasn't happy with the main water pipe installation which was outside a retaining wall as I always felt professional plumbing, pipes are always hidden away from view. Victor knew I was not completely satisfied with the job, so they came back move the pipes inside the wall and out of view. This level of customer service is not common in the construction industry. Overall, I recommend this business and crew to everyone.

I had a 35 foot clay sewer line under my house, and another 35 foot clay pipe from sidewalk to city main, all becoming clogged with tree roots. I also had a leaking gas line.

My reason for hiring GR is:

1. Gonzalo and assistant came the same day I called to give an estimate.
2. His estimate and proposals made sense and were given same day.
3. They have good quality equipment.
4. Communication was easy, when I texted questions, he promptly responded.
5. They have a good crew. The first day 3 different crews worked on site; Jackhammer, gas line,
and digging; they are very efficient.
6. When they started working Gonzalo found a partial clay pipe under the concrete slab which
wasn’t on the original estimate. We were able to negotiate a fair deal which I was happy with.
7. David was on site to oversee the construction the entire time.
8. Gonzalo has good business management skills, the job was completed in a timely manner.

I had a new furnace installed last week and the thermostat was defaulting to a low temperature on its own. I called Monkey Wrench and they sent Sean who was extremely helpful and knew exactly what the problem. He told me to press the hold button when I set the temperature. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the service.

Oliver, Jay and Narciso were the best!!! What a pleasant experience to work with all three of them. I had to replace a gas line from the meter (about 45 feet) and they left the front yard looking great after having dug a 30 foot trench. I would highly recommend Sunset West Plumbing.

I haven't ever dealt with a plumber before. I was nervous and need help figuring out what happened to our water heater. Brian came from Rocket Plumbing and totally helped us out!

He helped diagnosis it quickly: there was too much sediment in the hot water tank. I had no idea they needed to be flushed once a year. And Brian gave me a tip to make the water heater last twice as long. =) I give them two thumbs up!

Over the years and two homes Action has redone our waste lines for a bathroom and the kitchen, installed a bathroom fan, resurrected a heater, installed a kitchen sink and new designer faucet, plumbed a clawfoot tub and two shower-tubs, as well as fixing a leaky faucet or two. I am always more than happy to recommend this amazing company!

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received from Miguel. I called yesterday morning and he was able to come today and replace my hose bib unit which was damaged. He also moved the new unit to a more visible and accessible location on my back patio. Thanks Miguel! Will be calling you again for future plumbing needs!

Hired Vic with United for an electrical job in my Garage. Vic was professional and answered, in detail, all my questions and made sure the job was properly and safety completed. We had severe sewage backing up into our bathroom and kitchen. They came out for emergency service and fixed the clogged drain. Great service overall.

We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ??‍♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.
