John’s Plumbing is great. I’ve had them fix my gas line as well as repair a broken pipe. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing.

Our home had been under extensive renovations for over a year, and with a couple of weeks left before we moved in, found out out sewer line was completely blocked. After going through a different plumber, who was unable to dislodge the blockage or provide accurate information on our line, we decide to hire L.A. Drain Inspections & Repairs.
Alex came out the next day to with his team and video, he provided us with a reasonable quote to install a proper clean-out for the main line in our backyard (huge plus for future needs) and have a hydro jetting professional come with better equipment for the job. Alex warned us that this may uncover a serious and costly $$$$ problem if it was a broken connection to the main line, but best case would be he can clear it with the hydro jet.
The following Monday he was onsite to do the work and within a couple of hours, had dug the hole, replaced the pipe and was successful in clearing the blockage of roots. My family and I are able to move on with our final inspections and move in to our new home without delays. Alex saved our project, and my relief and happiness was overwhelming. I can't thank Alex and his team of professionals enough for their great work!!
We will continue to use them for maintenance and any future plumbing needs.

TRUST – when it comes to your house, that’s the only word that matters. Let me explain why I trust these guys, with a summary of two interactions. [Long story short, I reached out to plumbers 7 times, and only twice did I get an honest inspection. Both times, it was Mr. Speedy.]

1. A few months ago, we smelled a gas leak coming from the rear exterior of the house. In a panic, we dialed 4 different plumbers to get quotes for an urgent inspection. Gas line inspections are not cheap, all but one quoted me several hundred dollars. Freddy at Mr. Speedy asked me a few questions and was the only one that said for my specific issue, I should call SoCal Gas cause they’ll inspect it for free. Freddy was the only one that recommended I call the gas company. Sure enough, SoCal Gas agreed and said the specific issue I had was their responsibility. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, for free.

2. We’ve had problems with our second floor shower for years, and this month we decided to spend the money, whatever it takes, to finally fix the problem once and for all. We called 3 plumbers for estimates and two of them said we need to break all the tile and replace the entire shower. The only one that gave me a thorough/accurate estimate was Mr. Speedy. Juan and Randy came out, inspected the shower, as well as the piping underneath the house and realized the root cause was an old/damaged pipe underneath the house. They explained that replacing/re-tiling my entire shower would be a temporary fix, I could just replace the shower valve and the remaining money is better spent fixing the root cause, underneath the house. They took photos to show/explain the problem and brought out their specialists, Edwardo, Angel, and Carlos to fix the pipes. Edwardo took additional photos so I could see the before and after, the shower works great now, and ultimately, I spent less than the two other plumbers quoted me.

Recently had a leakage in my water heater when i walked in my garage. That is always scary any leaking yikes! I had to google a plumbing company as I had no knowledge Ritz is what popped up in my search. I was hesitant to call but I really had no choice. The guys came fast and let me know I needed my water heater replaced in my Granada hills home. Christian and Carlos came to do the job super quick, very respectful and knowledgeable guys. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I hope not to have any issues in the future as I have a new water heater but would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues .
