He undid some of the errors from a previous shoddy installation that I had no idea were needed, but were the source of my problems. Now my Noritz tankless water heater is as good as new and should last many more years, beating the cost of a complete replacement. MW costs more than smaller plumbers, but is well worth it when you want it done right the first time. Highly recommended!

We have used Ford plumbing for years and have always happy with their work. Recently our very old water heater went out. We called and Santi came out. He was terrific! He assessed the situation and knew exactly what we needed. He determined he could replace the old one with the same manufacturer and size. He immediately made sure we were taken care of and the next day we had a new water heater.

The installation went perfectly. Dino and Johnny along with Santi were wonderful. I hardly knew they were there. They were respectable, friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. They even hauled away our old water heater. We now have hot water back and we will definitely be calling Ford Plumbing again if we need their services.
