I called Cali Rooter on a Sunday cause everything on the first floor had backed up. Total nightmare!I’m giving Cali 5 stars cause they managed to have a guy over within 20-30 minutes. It took the guy another 20-30 minutes to fix everything.I was a bit worried cause... you know... an emergency like that... it’s gatta be expensive. But the guy was really professional. The invoice was extremely reasonable.All-and-all, I totally recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.

Gonzalo and Dave came out the day after I called them and immediately found the problem that THREE other plumbers had missed. Not only that, they gave me a quote on the spot and it was about half of what another company said I would need to pay to fix the problem. They came out the day after to get started on the job and they immediately found not only the problem itself, but the cause of the problem. They saved me thousands and thousands of dollars and the whole team was so lovely and nice to work with. (Adrian said I had to say he was the one who did the entire job, and I agreed, so this is all Adrian's work). But seriously, the whole company was fantastic. I wish I could give them more stars!

I called Tuesday afternoon and was given an appointment for the very next day at 8:00am. At first there was a miss communication with my address but it was quickly resolved. Daniel the service plumber who was dispatched to me arrived on time. He was truly THE BEST OF WHAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A DISPATCHED SERVICE TECH. We reviewed my plumbing problem together, he explained the best possible solution, gave me a price quote, went directly to work and completed it in a timely fashion then cleaned up behind himself. The price was as he quoted - ( I felt it was a bit pricey ) but he did deliver top quality work and the price was as he quoted- and not a penny more!

Had a mainline destroyed by roots and heard from a friend about Sunset West so I called them. Jimmy came over that afternoon and snaked it, so that we could last the night. He came back with a hydro jet to clear the line which was unsuccessful bc the line was broken. He quoted me for a complete repipe, replacing the concrete above and didn't charge me for the snake or the hydrojet. The work was done quick and left me a happy client. Have used Sunset West for all my plumbing needs ever since.

Their team replaced our laundry plumbing, installed a new sink, and provided useful tips for other items that are outdated and old around the house. Cooperation will continue.

Ford's Plumbing saved us!! We called after we discovered a gas leak on a Friday night and the Gas Company had shut off the gas for our safety. Ford's sent Scotty over first thing Saturday, and he discovered several leaks in our 1930's home's original pipes -- terrifying! We have a one-year-old, and after the gas was shut off, we had no hot water, stove access, or heat, among other things. Despite having other scheduled calls to work around, Scotty spent almost 11 hours on one day trying to get us up and running, and returned to work 5 hours the next day, making sure everything was fixed and sealed up tight. He adjusted/re-worked several connections that our original plumber had done badly. And did everything he could to help make the fees affordable for us, when the project ended being much bigger than originally expected.
Scotty really knows his stuff, and he explained everything he was doing so we understood the issues. He even called us the next day to make sure the Gas Company had turned our gas back on, and that everything was OK. He went above and beyond, and we highly recommend Ford's and Scotty!

I called Speedy Stephens Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal and Luis was sent out. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the steps to me in detail. He was also very friendly and professional. He was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and Luis.

Miguel Lopez did a great job re-plumbing the whole house. He also replaced the main water line from the meter to the house. The quality of his work is very high. He is dependable, on-time and honest. I would hire him again, for sure.

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I’m very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under an hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don’t use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

Hands down the worst experience with any plumber I've had in decades of working as an estate manager handling private properties. Lots of empty promises, lies, delays, literrally telling you he's on his way when they have no intention of showing up. Leaving jobs unfinished with no care in the world or even a phone call to explain or apologize. I don't understand how he got these reviews unless they're all his friends because he didn't live up to single one of them, or his over the phone promises. Thank god this wasn't a major flood or emergency or our house would be underwater at this point. Highly unprofessional and decieving. I would def look elsewhere if I were you. This is a waste of time.

They came on time, very helpful and knowledgeable with my water heater issue and I will not hesitate to call again.

Thank goodness I found Ralph when the pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. I don't know much about plumbing, but somehow he fixed the pipe in about 40 minutes. Called and he came out in three hours. Reasonable price for such responsive service.

Would not recommend this service at all. Poor job quality (happy to share pics and detail) and what's worst, is really taken advantage of on the pricing. Was quoted one thing, then bait and switch. When called on it, was essentially threatened that proprietor would bang on my door until he got his money. Had no issue paying except that I was being gouged. Happy to go into detail and share how and why. Truly unfortunate as there are many people in my area relocating to homes in the neighborhood and was hoping to be able to recommend them, but wish I did more research in this case.

My wedding ring fell down the bathroom sink!!! I immediately began to call plumbers but no one would answer, then I called Team Plumbing and they answered right away. George arrived quickly was able to get my ring back. He was my hero! Thank you Team Plumbing!

During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time. Excellent plumbing service, if you need a plumber who does the job and give you an honest quote , i highly recommend Mr Speedy plumbing West Hollywood. hopefully we wont have any clogs, but if I need any plumbing service to be done by a professional i will call them. stay safe guys!
