I called Rocket Plumbing and they came out right away. Sam came to unclog my kitchen sink. I also had a broken pipe. Sam was great! He explained everything and left to get parts. Came back quickly. I think he did a great job. He dropped the price. I wasn't expecting the broken pipe. He replaced it with a better pipe. I am very pleased with the work he did and how clean he left everything. Well to be fair we never had them come out! I was referred by a Facebook group when I asked for a good plumber. Our plumber of 25 years retired and moved out of state. I called and left a message for The Drain Co to call back. A woman called back with such rudeness and really didn't want or care about our business! On top basically they charge $85.00 to come out for an estimate even if you don't like their price you pay. I'm self employed and I always give a free estimate/consultation because I know I'm good and my prices are decent! Anyway I gave 1 star because the lady on the phone did not give a damn about new business or getting business! My suggestion would be put someone who cares on the phone! Lost a customer before even truly getting one! Also I shared my experience on fb. The first person who answers the phone at a business is a key player of a solid business! Thanks but no thanks!

Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work. He gave me all the info I needed and walked me through the whole process, to hold them accountable for their irresponsibility. I wish more people in this industry had this kind of integrity. Needless to say, Victor is now our family plumber.

I gave a call and explained my issue to them. I was told that based on the circumstance of my issue that I should look into Trenchless Technology which will clean my pipe without the need to replace my pipes. They gave me a real good briefing regarding what it would cost, and the time.

I said yes, and it worked out perfectly. Our plumbing issues were resolved and we saved a ton of money since we didn't have to dig nor replace any pipes.
