I had a draining hose under the sink that needs to be repaired. The plumber came on schedule and supposedly fix the problem. he told me that he couldn't tell me how much it costs because he doesn't know how much the company charges. so he just did the work and left. after 2 days you as you can see from the picture he actually left a hole in the pipe and now I have a leakage under the sink. The company encourages people to write reviews. so I'm doing exactly what they're asking...Just a quick follow up. I spoke with the company Rep and gave her my credit card number for payment. I'm not trying to short change them, but I will never use them again .

It's hard to find a bad thing to say about these folks. Our outdoor drain mouth was clogged with mud, which meant water was pooling behind our retaining wall...not good! David and Martín came out and spent close to an hour inspecting everything. They figured out that, while the mud trap was full, the line itself was completely clean and did not need any expensive hydrojetting. Because estimates and inspections are free, that meant they just scooped out the trap, reinstalled the grate, and told me to have a nice day. No charge at all. It's hard to find a place in Los Angeles that won't find a way to charge you if they can, but these guys were more interested in their reputation and honoring their word about free inspections. That's the kind of business I want to support and have in my community. I will call New Generation again any time we have a plumbing issue. Thanks, David and Martín!

It was a Sunday morning. My son and I had breakfast and then sat on the floor to watch some cartoons. I felt the floor was a little warm. When I looked closely, there was water seeping out from the floor. I immediately called John’s Plumbing. John arrived within 45 minutes. He explained to me the process of repairing the pipe and gave me a great price. I ended up putting new copper pipes throughout the whole. Service took place a few weeks ago but they left such a good impression that I had to come back around to leave a review. Called them to look at a few issues we’d been experiencing in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully expected to book about a week out but they came within the hour! Good sign #1. They found that they actually weren’t the right folks for the job and transparently told me so. Great sign # 2. Because we’d been having such great convo, they offered to fix what they could in the kitchen (it was a manufacturing issue) so that the trip wasn’t for naught and they DID! Excellent sign #3. Have since referred to family and friends and will continue to use any time we need a plumber. Very appreciative!

I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed.
