Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work.
