Not only did they arrive on time that day but they provided a camera inspection at no cost! They identified the issue quickly and we began the project. Utilizing trenchless sewer replacement process they replaced 50 ft of pipe at my house for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

I give my thanks to Santiago and his team of Dino and Johnny. These guys braved the underworld that I dare not breach, and they discovered and exorcised the fear I felt to be true.

What I thought was going to be simple snake whipping due to some careless grease handling ultimately uncovered the true health of the house, and the outlook was severe. I was told of a whole host of issues that went well beyond my initial reason for calling. I didn't completely understand it at the time, but when Santiago runs a high powered snake through the lines, then comes back with a commercial grade snake and still can't make it all the way through the system, paramedics were needed. Enter Dino and Johnny. After a careful tag team mapping of the landscape, a medical plan was set and supplies needed to be gathered.

On the next day, I wished them luck on their underground adventure. Come to find out that if this house was a person, it would have been in cardiac arrest ten times over. These guys cut and sliced and chopped whole extensions of pipe that had been encrusted what I can only describe as 'gutter cheese.' At one point, I went out to check on them as I heard some discussion. Admittedly, I felt a bit underdressed in my Hawaiian shirt and shorts while these guys were in full body onesies and gas masks. They were fine, and I let the pros do what they do. The pipe transplant took a whole days work, and in the end, I'm back to being able to do those simple things that I take for granted that are so important in daily life. When water starts filling your sink while using the washing machine, one cannot help but to freak out.

The task at hand looked to be the result of deterioration and build up over time, and no amount of baking soda and vinegar was going to clear that mess.

Was it expensive? Yes. It ended up becoming a major project.

Was it overpriced? Absolutely not. It was worth every penny.

Had a bathroom I needed repiped, which was a semi-urgent project for me. Fraser plumbing repiped the whole bathroom for me that same day. Very fast work! I had used them before for a major bathroom and kitchen remodel, and again they were very fast, and have not had a problem with those pipes since. A bonus is they would call me to let me know they would be late, a courtesy that a lot of companies don't consider these days.

Called them when I had a pretty serious leak, showed up quick and fixed the problem. I’ve been using them quite a bit lately and couldn’t be happier with their services and technicians.

There are times when I have used others because they were busy on a certain day and so I've gone through and used a lot of different businesses. These guys still remain my #1 choice.

Came out to my place in echo park in less than 1 hour after 5pm on a Tuesday. Did an excellent job on a clog and patch that I had. Will call again if I need any more plumbing done.

Absolutely terrible. They didnt show up to an appointment ( that they never called to cancel, I had to call them to see why), when I called they offered no explanation at all. 2 days later they finally show up hours late to the appointment they set. Did nothing and left. When questioned about it I was given nothing but threats and attitude. Yes threats to show up there and handle this like a man. Guess what, men handle the job given to them not back out of their responsibilities and try to thug their way out of guilt. Boycott, contact the bbb, do not spend your money here. Let's as a community put this poor excuse for a black owned business out of business. It's making us look bad.

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did.
