Driver very dangerous and rude on the road. Plate # 29957G2 at 6.45pm on 12/17/21 at the intersection of 91 east and 405 north/south. Driver was so busy looking at his phone that was almost causing a collision with my vehicle. He was not aware (he was just doing it on purpose) of the cars around him causing the traffic to stop and don’t allow any cars to pass as it supposed to happen in a conjunction. Even when honking the horn driver was (on purpose) not responding. Video with dash cam and pics are been saved and sent to authorities for follow up. Driver should not be allowed to drive until he understands the rules of the street.

Miguel was great - explained the problem clearly to me, helped me understand what he was going to do to fix it, showed me where my condo's shutoff valve was (which I was told that we didn't have one), and even helped with a few other things that were above and beyond what he was called out here to do. Would recommend and would use them again any time!

My brother thought it would be easy to change the inner workings of a leaky shower valve. So it came off without a hitch but the problem was putting it back together. Finally we gave up and had JB plumbing come over and finish it for us. He had this problem solved in no time at all. Great service and fair price

Called for Plumbing and Rooter services at 1 am today, they came out at 1:30am. Firstly that's real 24/7 customer service. Sarki (sorry if I messed the name up) really came through for us tonight. We had a hot water issue and he fixed it up in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys that explained the process and did the job right. I will definitely be calling them soon for any future issues. They explained that our plumbing issues in our restaurant here in Los Angeles needed some work done with a new toilet and a possible new water heater and even looked at our leaky sink. Thanks guys.

Our water heater had a leak so we called Pacific Duscount Plumbing on a Sunday and were able to get our hot water heatet issues taken care of.

My mother had property with three houses on it. We’ve used Kessler for decades. Always upfront and straightforward with their quotes. Honest assessment of when their technicians will get there. Very professional. Now that mom is gone, I will continue using Kessler! They are family to me!

Victor is amazing. Our AC died on the Sunday of a three-day weekend and in the middle of a heatwave. I called on a Sunday evening and he was able to squeeze us in the very next day. He was fantastic! Efficient, professional, explained the problem and solution in layman’s terms for me, and was very reasonably priced. Plus he followed all Covid safety standards. Highly recommend him and plan to give him a call when it’s time to clean out the AC filters as the weather changes.

Go with someone else, see below:
1. Gave dispatch our address, in the Hills so obviously limited parking, and didn't notify us that a half-size-semi-truck (small moving van) would arrive and need to park in front. Yes, we moved our vehicles from the driveway in advance for him to park off-street but because of the vehicle size would not fit, BTW didn't even try. I was not going to argue with him.
2. Waited for several minutes hoping for two cars on the street to move for the half-semi size plumbing truck to have space.
3. Then spoke to plumber waiting in truck for additional options with parking and he started to argue with me and actually begin to tell me how I should be more prepared for their arrival.
4. At that point I said thank you but we will go with another company. He drove away hastily.
5. Guess what, a few minutes later a parking spot in front of our place opened up so I called the company back for another chance and to reschedule.
6. They transferred me to the manager and he said, sorry the plumber is long gone now. The manager didn't even ask me to reschedule or apologise for the miscommunication... I hung up and called another plumbing company.
Hope this review helps the company in the future. For now, hope this review helps other residents stay away from improperly managed businesses, etc.

Absolutely Excellent work!! I was very pleased., I had to fire my last plumber and this guy came to the rescue and fixed everything the first time without messing anything else up and saved me allot of money
