He actually answered his phone (something several other companies that said they had 24hr services didn’t do) and was extremely professional and kind to help us get the water off over the phone. After speaking with the plumbers we were told a plumber could come to our home within just about one hour to give us an estimate on what needed to be done. We had a plumber by the name of Thomas come to our home assess the issue for free and give us a price to get a new water heater installed. Over all Thomas was very professional and we decided to use them for the service. New water heater is working great!

Called Thursday night about a water heater problem. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early Friday morning, inspected the situation, provided an estimate both of money and time. Finish the job on time, charge was as estimated. He noticed something in the process that wasn't part of the estimate, fixed it anyway - no additional charge. That's been my experience with them before. Mike diamond isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
