My shower water pressure was low, and the toilet wouldn't stop running. I called red Lilly plumbibg on a Saturday the receptionist assured me they would have some one sent out between 9-11. Around 930 I got a call letting me know the tech would be there shortly. The tech showed up on time and was at my house by 10:15. Plumber was very polite and professional, gave me an estimate went through step by step on how the repair would be done. The price was fair and he fixed it quickly, even cleaned up after himself. This company cares about their customers would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

My bathroom tub and toilet were clogged and was causing water to leak through the floor and on to the next level. This all happened on a Sunday and they were able to send someone out asap. Narciso came and was fantastic! He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the clog quickly and was very neat. Narciso even wanted an update after I patched up the ceiling that was previously leaking! I will definitively will be using him again!

Two workers for Ford’s Plumbing, Martin and Israel, replaced all the gas pipes under our house—which was built in 1924, and the pipes were rusty, pitted, and leaking gas. It was a very tough job, because there us hardly any space under the house. But they worked diligently at it for about a week, and it has passed inspection. Everything is working well, and we feel much safer. The two workers were informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the job, and it was a pleasure to have them here.

Miguel is professional, honest, pays attention to detail and leaves no traces. Finding a good and reliable plumber can be difficult - I’m so glad I came across New Pro Plumbing. I will most definitely be reaching back out to Miguel for future services. And I would highly recommend him to anyone.

These guys are great! Mario and Guillermo came to address a stopped up shower on short notice on a Saturday and got right to work. The have this awesome tech and they showed me how the sewer line looked all of the way down to the street using a camera and lap top. They were efficient and very, very nice. They cleared the blockage quickly and they also noted and addressed two other issues while they were at it! Prices were reasonable and I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing work in the future. I felt very comfortable working with them.

Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work. He gave me all the info I needed and walked me through the whole process, to hold them accountable for their irresponsibility. I wish more people in this industry had this kind of integrity. Needless to say, Victor is now our family plumber.

He came. Removed the trap in the bathroom sink. Removed the 3/8 bering that I told him I dropped in the sink. Reassembled the trap.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

He installed a kitchen faucet for me. He was responsive and communicated very timely. Also he handled my barking dog with patience. Thank you for your good job, Julio!

I’ve called Gateway twice now and Nick always shows up on time, he’s honest, courteous, does phenomenal work, and his prices are great. He sent me an estimate for some other work that same day. Nick genuinely cares and takes the time to do the job right.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
