Giovanni came by and impressed me right away with his sharp, detailed knowledge of the ins and outs of my requested gas line installation. After careful deliberation under his patient guidance, I opted to use a propane tank and forego the the gas line.

His kindness, honesty and professionalism does not stop there however, even though I did not opt for the installation, Giovanni was more than happy free of charge by phone to make sure I was educated and prepared in all aspects of the propane line hook up. This guy really knows his stuff.

Everything about Cali Rooter is top notch. They are professional, on time and prices are decent. Technicians are knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail about any issue you may have about plumbing. I for one have used this company and called during the middle of the night frantic about a faucet leaking and the technician calmed me down and we fixed the problem temporarily over the phone, until the next morning Cali Rooter came to my house and fixed the issue I was having, and it turned out to be a non-emergency issue! I've used Craig's Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.

A pipe in our bathroom was leaking and we called Team Plumbing to fix it yesterday. Their tech came out the same day within the provided time window and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I am beyond pleased with the job done and will certainly return to them if I need any plumbing related help in the future.
