We thank GR Pluming Gonsalo and his professional team to save our restaurant’s nightmare plumbing problems. We used to have very frequent clogging issues to a point we could not clear the pipe any more. We called GR Pluming for emergency help. Gonsalo contacted me in a few minutes after I contacted their office to schedule an appointment to come over to check. He showed up as he was scheduled. We thought our pipes were just filled up with heavy grease and oil, however we learned we had more serious plumbing issues (main and other sewer lines needs to be replaced) then we thought from Gonsalo’s inspections. Although Gonsalo knew it was challenging to fix it, he worked with us and found the best solutions for us. At the same time, his team are well-trained and very professional. They have professional plumbing equipments, including but not limited to different size of sewer line cameras and high power Hydro Jetting.

I highly recommend Gonsalo and his team for any professional plumbing work. They are very knowledgeable in their line of work. Again, Thank you so much for this professional team to make our nightmare plumbing issues go away.

WE FIRST DISCOVERED FORD'S PLUMBING, AT THE START OF THE PANDEMIC! RILEY CAME OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, WHEN OUR WATER HEATER WAS MAKING VERY SCARY NOISES! WE HAD QUITE A BIT OF WORK DONE, AFTER THAT INITIAL VISIT! EVERYONE WAS JUST GREAT! ABOUT 10 DAYS AGO, OUR KITCHEN SINK BACKED UP! IT WAS DISGUSTING! SANTIAGO CAME OUT, LATE ON A SATURDAY EVENING! I had a hot water pipe leaking underneath the house. I called the company and Greg promptly came over. He and his colleagues replaced a water pressure regulator because it wasn't working and replaced a portion of the copper pipe that was leaking. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

Called A-1 on a Saturday night because we had a large gathering and needed service right away because our toilet got clogged and bathtub got backed up. Michael came out and helped out us with the issue. It didn’t take them long to fix the issue. I was very satisfied with the service they provided. We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

We had needed a plumber so when we went online we found s plumber here. We had got some pricing over the phone and they had given us some crazy prices for some work. I called one day, and MOE was there the next morning! The call center is decentralized … I think the operators work out of their homes. But the one I talked to was great, even though she made me read the model number back to her off the inside of the toilet tank. That’s how they know you’re not lying, in case you wondered. Anyway, Two Toilets, Two Serial Numbers, Two repairs. Mr. Guzman accomplished what he came to do. There is plenty to worry about in the world, so you may as well not worry about your toilet. Call MOE, they’re ready to GO!

Abel and this company will take the time to do it right. They aren’t there to make a quick dollar. They come just to make sure everything is ok. I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. This is the type of business worth supporting.
