John, Victor, and the whole team are incredibly friendly and professional. I am so happy to have found John’s Plumbing for my plumbing needs. They have done great work in our water heater installation and also a few smaller plumbing jobs I’ve used them for so far. They will remain my go to plumber for a long time!

I woke up Sunday morning to no hot water. After failing to light the pilot light, I called around, but no one had immediate availability. I requested an appointment with Nautilus online and it was confirmed shortly after. The guys arrived early the next day to check out the current system. They explained the issue with my gas heater very clearly (broken part), without pushing any additional work or upgrades. After they left, I called back to inquire about pulling the trigger on a tankless heater instead, and again, the team showed up within the hour to get that measured and quoted. We ended up going tankless, and the install was scheduled for the next day. The work was clean, the team was professional, and the tankless heater looks/works great. I'd recommend Nautilus to anyone - especially those with little knowledge or experience re: plumbing.

Immediately called them today for an emergency gas leak after I smelled a weird gas-like scent in the house. It was a scary situation. I’m beyond thankful for there help in finding the issue and fixing the gas line

I give them a 2 star because they were quick. Although these guys are scammers, I needed a Thermocouple changed out and they charged $200 (they quoted $250 but when I asked after they were done if it really cost that much, the older guy (Gary?) wanted to make it out like he was giving me a deal.
The whole time Gary was complaining how difficulty it was to do, this and that - even the screws at the end were so difficult to line up to get screwed back in I thought it was going to give him a heart attack - they even tried at one one saying we might need a new water heater, or they needed to rotate the heater to gst to where they needed to be - absolutely bullshit.
We do have hot water again but I am pretty positive I could have done it for at least half that price.
Save our money and look elsewhere.

United electric helped me to restore the power of lighting in my dinning room. Flexible appointment, arriving on time, professional, fair price, doing good job with the right problem. My technician was Vic Grigoryan, he listened well to his customer, professional, and he did a great job. I recommended to my ant this company. I searched three electronic work, their appointment were tough to get. I am glad to have United electric helps me out.

TRUST – when it comes to your house, that’s the only word that matters. Let me explain why I trust these guys, with a summary of two interactions. [Long story short, I reached out to plumbers 7 times, and only twice did I get an honest inspection. Both times, it was Mr. Speedy.]

1. A few months ago, we smelled a gas leak coming from the rear exterior of the house. In a panic, we dialed 4 different plumbers to get quotes for an urgent inspection. Gas line inspections are not cheap, all but one quoted me several hundred dollars. Freddy at Mr. Speedy asked me a few questions and was the only one that said for my specific issue, I should call SoCal Gas cause they’ll inspect it for free. Freddy was the only one that recommended I call the gas company. Sure enough, SoCal Gas agreed and said the specific issue I had was their responsibility. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, for free.

2. We’ve had problems with our second floor shower for years, and this month we decided to spend the money, whatever it takes, to finally fix the problem once and for all. We called 3 plumbers for estimates and two of them said we need to break all the tile and replace the entire shower. The only one that gave me a thorough/accurate estimate was Mr. Speedy. Juan and Randy came out, inspected the shower, as well as the piping underneath the house and realized the root cause was an old/damaged pipe underneath the house. They explained that replacing/re-tiling my entire shower would be a temporary fix, I could just replace the shower valve and the remaining money is better spent fixing the root cause, underneath the house. They took photos to show/explain the problem and brought out their specialists, Edwardo, Angel, and Carlos to fix the pipes. Edwardo took additional photos so I could see the before and after, the shower works great now, and ultimately, I spent less than the two other plumbers quoted me.

And that’s trust.

My kitchen sink was totally clogged and with only 2 tries they got it working. I don't think it's ever been as clear as it is now. These guys are great! Thank Jose and Erik! Hurry up and give them a call!

Jose and his team at The Real Plumbers stand by their name. I called them yesterday about a gas leak after SoCal Gas was routinely checking for leaks on my street - and found gas emissions from our home. They shut our gas off. And left.
Jose was here by 8 AM. Professional. Courteous. Hardworking.

During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time.
