Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

I was in a terrible state this Thanksgiving. Our toilet went down and The kitchen sink. Rocket Plumbing was the ONLY plumber to respond and they responded quickly and did a great job! I was desperate and they were heroic.

Very impressed by comprehensive and high-quality services rendered by Plotke Plumbing. My condo needed overhaul remodeling before leasing out: carpeting, hardwood and tile replacement, painting, electric and plumbing works were needed. It could have been very challenging, costly and time-consuming if I had to hire each vendor. When I consulted my needs with Plotke, they said they can take care of them all. We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did. Without any hesitation their team came to my house, analyzed the problem & worked really smart with their most advanced equipments and got it fixed in just 2 hours and they cleaned up everything. My elderly mother suffering from cancer hired Ritz plumbing to replace her hot water heater. They replaced the hot water heater and soon after the work was completed the pilot light would go out they sent out service guy's and all they would do is light the pilot light and leave no invoice on several occasions on 6/1/19 they sent two workers out and a manager who showed my son how to light the pilot light and changed a 120.00 dollars. When I made contact with the manager he stated the warranty had expired and to contact the manufacturer. Then I brought up the fact that California requires all hot water heaters strapped or anchored be cause of earthquakes all of a sudden he wanted to come out right away. Ritz plumbing needs to be shut down before someone gets killed. I called out another plumbing company they were on time and actually checked out the hot water heater and strapped the hot water heater that was Ritz plumbing should have done from the moment it was installed the are a scam and the state of California should pull their license.
