Water heater pilot wasn't working. VMax replaced the thermocouple assembly. Things seem to be working well. Few months later it wasn't working again. When Ernesto came out again he didn't want to remove the previous thermocouple or even look into what he had replaced. He said he didn't trust Kenmore brand. Then why did he work on it on the first visit? He said all kinds of things could go wrong and that he recommended changing the whole water heater. I ended up having Sears Service look at it and they fixed it easily without problem. The Sears service man said that whoever installed the previous thermocouple had removed the safety valve. Very disappointed with VMax Plumbing.

They were on time and extremely professional and thorough. I had my kitchen sink backed up and it took a while but got it fixed.
The plumber then went under the house to make sure there weren’t any leaks and gave me an update with pictures of 2 potential problem areas that I will address soon. Great service and reasonably priced.

Las week, Master Best Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning assisted me with some plumbing repairs and it was a great experience. We called Daniel in a pinch and he was a lifesaver! Our 4-year-old Coleman furnace stopped working one morning and we had a tech from another (highly rated and well reputed) company come out to see it ASAP. They told us it hadn't been installed properly, that the unit was flooded with water, and that we'd need to replace the entire furnace... a $4800 bill. We then called Daniel to get a second opinion from someone who has experience with Coleman furnaces. He was able to come right away, and in under 20 minutes was able to diagnose the issue, confirm that the furnace was installed improperly, and then proceeded to fix the issues by reinstalling the existing piping. Our furnace is now back to excellent working condition and we didn't need to replace it or get any new parts. We were thrilled! Daniel is a pro, super friendly, and a true professional. We will call him again for any of our plumbing or HVAC needs!

These guys were SERIOUSLY amazing and did a fantastic job! I had a pretty emergent situation today and Mr. Miller was so kind and reassuring and thankfully, was able to come over right after I called to see what he could do to help. They assessed the problem, and continued to reassure me that my issue could be fixed and took care of everything quickly, professionally and thoroughly—and they were so easy to work with. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated him coming out so quickly and for being so kind as well.
