This is the third time I have used Beach Plumbing and every time they have been terrific. For this call, I needed a new toilet replaced and installed. There happened to be a Beach Plumbing service technician, Rene Encinas, already installing a water heater at my neighbor's house. I asked him if he would come by when he was finished and give me an estimate. He came over, answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, and gave me a more reasonable estimate than the others I had received. I called the office and scheduled an appointment. Rene came out and replaced and installed a brand new toilet. Rene was on time, professional, courteous, and QUICK! The entire job took only an hour and a half. AND the bathroom was upstairs. Rene must have climbed up and down those stairs at least 10 times and never complained. Beach Plumbing is a reputable company. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Ernesto and crew are my Go to plumbing crew. Ernesto thoroughly explains each step of the repair so I fully understood what was being done. He stays with his crew making sure the job is done right. Crew was on time and worked quietly and efficantly. Even my dog liked the crew. Thanks V-Max!!

They located and fixed a kitchen sink (intermittent) clog. Clog was due to sewer line blockage. Sewer line needed to be water jetted. $388 fixed the blocked line.

We had a small gas leak on the valve leading into the stove. Jose quickly showed up and identified the problem. He changed out 2 valves, reconnected the hose, and check to make sure there were no leaks. Great service and was Friendly, yet still professional.

I’ve used prodigy several times over the last decade. These guys are quick, efficient and professional. Zero complaints over the years.

Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!

SoCal Sewer & Water came to my home and did an amazing job in one of my bathrooms. Showed up on time, knocked out the work, cleaned their mess, and pricing was competitive. I highly recommend them.

I have use Beach Plumbing twice now on house projects and will use them again if needed. They are professional, on time and do quality work.

Cesar was very helpful, he gave us an honest and fair price. He showed up late at night when we had a leak. He helped us with some small jobs too and is very friendly. We will be using him again in the future.

Titan Plumbing and Rooter performed kitchen sink drain, sump pump cleaning and main drain line cleaning at my parent's house on 5/25/2022. Michael was very prompt at the appointment we set, easy to converse with, able to diagnose and communicate the drain issues and provide the services to fix the drain issues...basically major clogging in the drain lines and sump pump installation due to grease building up over a few years. Michael did a very professional job: cleaned grease buildup in the sump pump unit, made a few passes with a portable waterjet unit to clean out the drain lines and verified with video inspection after the waterjet clean out. Based on my experience with Michael, I highly recommend Titan Plumbing and Rooter and will definitely used their services in the future.

Oscar was quick to respond. Very nice, respectful & professional. He followed through with his communication and estimates. I recommend them.

My sewer was clogged, called for service. They broke the snake off in my sewer pipe and then gave me the name of their excavator to get it out, expecting me to pay. Then they charged me $135. My sewer was still clogged and it had their broken snake in it. I called another plumber to fix their screw up. Then Miller came back on to my property a week later to get the snake my plumber dug up out of my sewer line. They did not call or ask permission. Only know it was them because I have cameras. They cut bent parts from their snake and left them in my driveway. I had to clean up sewer contaminated parts before my pets or neighbor kids played with them or my mower hit them.

Reached out as we had issues with our shower and toilet clogged. Taylor got back to us immediately and helped us out with suggestions to unclog, as they weren’t available on Sunday when we reached out but said would come if that didn’t do the trick the next morning. The suggestions worked and highly recommend / will use if have draining issues in future that warrants service as he was professional, helpful, and was recommended on a community group as a local and family-owned business.
