I'm always skeptical of hiring services like this for repair because they always run late. When they were contacted by my management company they gave me a time frame of 8am-12noon they arrived at 9am and were done within 30 mins. During this pandemic im also worried of bringing people into our home but they were properly wearing v their mask and stood their distance. At the end they ask if there is anything else I needed before they left. Very friendly, professional, and prompt.

Outstanding customer service! Matt Estrada and his crew of Alberto, Andy, Luis and Roberto were prompt, efficient, organized, and very neat. They completed our project quickly and successfully so we now have fully functioning plumbing again! The areas where the crew had to remove turf and excavate soil to access the sewer lines is back to its original state. Beach Plumbing restored the soil and grass beautifully. We are very pleased!

Based on the level of service I just received from Allan Frank Co., the least I can do is post about it with a quality recommendation. A plumbing problem was discovered in our 4-plex after 3p and they responded to it within an hour; all diagnosed (main line clog, bad line cap) and dealt with in an hour. Their service is prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. Thank you!

I had a small leak out of my shower head ... LBP sent out a tech who did not know what he was doing... he ended up making my tiny leak worst and was not able to fix it... they sent out a 2nd tech who was also unable to fix the problem... both techs left my house with a larger flow leaking out of my shower ....and it was now Hot Water that was flowing from my shower head.... I was contacted by the office guy Gerrard ... who decided to tell me that my bill is now going to be 5-600$ because the valve broke when there tech who’s only been a plumber for 5 mos. & didn’t know what he was doing broke my valve... during the conversation with Gerard he decided to hang up on me and tell me I’m going to have to call another plumber ... mind you after they came to my house & made the problem worst... Thankfully the owner caught wind of what was happening .... & he took it upon his self to contact me and came that night to fix my leak.... the leak was fixed by the owner although my water pressure coming out of the shower head is not as good as it was ... he did fix the problem and still charged the full amount 165$.. if the owner was able to fix the problem after all the mess ups by there techs... if they just had sent out a competent technician ....chances are we could have avoided all this...Thank you to the owner for making things almost right
