His work is always on point, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his craft and has a phenomenal referral network. Timothy has not only done repairs at my home several times but also at my business. My most recent situation involved a broken sewage pipe under my house. It was a disgusting mess but Timothy handled everything like a champ and a true professional. What could have turned out to be my worst nightmare, was actually a decent experience despite the messiness of it. Although the clean up and repair process was long, it was all handled very timely and fairly easily. My neighbor alerted me to an impending major issue with two of the the pipes on the outside of my house that connect to the main line.
One pipe was very loose, getting ready to break away and the other was leaking pretty bad.
I had seen Sara’s Best Plumbing mentioned on the Nextdoor App a couple of months earlier and also had read the Yelp reviews.
All was positive so I had made a note of the company just in case for the future.
So when I actually needed plumbing services I called Sara’s Best with the intent of getting a first quote.
Sara and one of her employees showed up within the time promised.
Sara evaluated the problem and confirmed everything that my neighbor had told me.
She was so knowledgeable, very eloquent on explaining what needed to be done, and obviously had quite a few years of experience even though she’s quite young.
The price quoted for the whole job was very reasonable.
She and her assistant came back on the day promised and fixed everything and also found and fixed a “leak” issue at the top of my water heater.
I am definitely going to utilize her services for other plumbing related issues I want done in the future.

Copper repipe including 1 inch main to house, type L top quality blue line copper pipe , very fair price with top quality workmanship, lots of bracing, experienced team members, meticulous clean up, also installed new hot water heater, new garbage disposal, unbelievable patch work. A city public works employee (an ex plumber) asked for info on who performed this top quality work. They also replaced all drains for us up to the clay sewer main. All work completed as scheduled. We are thrilled to have found Streamline Repipe and Plumbing. Owner Izzie has assembled a great team of people. Great communications along the way provided by Izzie. It is awesome to be able to run front yard sprinkler, backyard sprinkler , side yard sprinklers all at the same time and still have great water pressure inside the house. Water heater pilot wasn't working. VMax replaced the thermocouple assembly. Things seem to be working well. Few months later it wasn't working again. When Ernesto came out again he didn't want to remove the previous thermocouple or even look into what he had replaced. He said he didn't trust Kenmore brand. Then why did he work on it on the first visit? He said all kinds of things could go wrong and that he recommended changing the whole water heater. I ended up having Sears Service look at it and they fixed it easily without problem. The Sears service man said that whoever installed the previous thermocouple had removed the safety valve. Very disappointed with VMax Plumbing.

I had an important meeting to get to only to wake up to a clogged shower. I called these guys off a flyer that was left at my home. They arrived quickly and more importantly cleared the problem!
