Tim replaced the flange on my commode and reset the toilet. This required some finesse as the wood surrounding the flange had been damaged. Timothy did a great job. Friendly and professional. I thought the price was reasonable. I will certainly call again when I need plumbing help.

Prodigy Plumbing has been AMAZING. Their workers have been very thorough and very informative. Also the field manager was super helpful and even helped my mother with the insurance details as well getting the restoration company to respond even though they were terrible with communications with us. We had a severe flood at 3:00 in the morning! We called several companies, but no one was “available” to assist us even though they state 24/7 service. Jeff of OC Plumbing not only called us back (at 3:00 am), but he took the time to walk us through every step assisting us over the telephone, and coming out to our residence to do an assessment. He contacted a restoration service to assist us with the non-plumbing issues as well. Unfortunately, it’s rare to find superior customer service — but Jeff was not only professional & thorough, he was also kind and understanding regarding our numerous concerns.
