Called Sal's - not for the first time, nor will it be the last. We needed a corroded refrigerator valve replaced in order to install a new refrigerator. Gaspar and his assistant arrived on time, identified the part(s) needed, returned promptly and made the change over, which required some first aid to the copper pipes, as well. A-1 service. Thank you.

I called PlumbAbove because our inline water filter for our house had broken, Paul after much discussion invited us to get a water softener system. What an incredible difference this has made in our lives taking baths our skin feels softer, dad's shower no longer gets hard water spots, our dishwasher the dishes come out cleaner, and he put in a bonus hose nib so now I can finish off washing the car with a spot free rinse. The enormous amount of copper pipes and existing plumbing that had to be re routed for this to fit in our out door closet was a huge challenge he was able to do it all and it looked perfect like it was meant to be that way. Also he had to crawl under our house in order to get some of this plumbing rerouted and he did it all with confidence and a smile on his face.

I did a big work in 2019, repiped the whole house with pex, no more pipes inside the slab. Whenever y call related to this job, the response is fast and they do it under warranty. Christian came yesterday, as the hot water faucet was leaking, and noticed that the box for the faucets in the laundry room was not done, as was indicated by the contract. He stop the leaking first.
Then he went to get the box, however other parts were needed, so he came back today, on time, to complete the job.
I also asked to do a drain cleaning, as my kitchen sink was not letting the water go as it should. Christian has very good maners and open to question and suggestions. He did a great job.

Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!

Rick came right on time and was extremely knowledgable and diagnosed the issues with a Noritz tankless water heater quickly. The problem: hot water was very intermittent to the shower. He explained all the pros and cons of my older system, even though the diagnostics were still actually good. Turned out that the calcium buildup in the shower head was reducing the water flow and as a result the tankless heater frequently turned off the flame, especially when the thermostat was set to warm. So, we will try to clean out the calcium deposits with vinegar or, worst case, replace the shower head. I really appreciated Rick's assessment, honesty and professionalism. Would use him again in a New York minute. Actually, when you call Monkey Wrench Plumbing, you can as for Rick by name. I highly recommend you do.

Called because i needed some plumbing work and i was asking a question and got hung up on that's ok the drain guy got the job.

Professional yes, however dissatisfacted with the overall repair job; apparently we were told because our home is old. Wrong anwser! Professionals would solve the problem. Overall attempt to come back and resolve the issue wasn't considered by MSK.
