When it comes to my plumbing needs, there is no doubt that my “go to” guys are GM Plumbing. They are prompt, professional, very clean when it comes to their work area... I was able to hire this company to handle the kitchen faucet repair service yesterday, and luckily, they were able to do so without any delays. JV was very professional and friendly during our interaction. He got right down to business and answered all the questions that I had. He made me feel very comfortable and educated about what he told me. Sometimes service technicians can be a little bit short and rude but JV was nothing of the sort. He was very patient with me. I really appreciate his demeanor and service and would definitely come back again if I had any further issues!

Victor was prompt and able to diagnose my problem with a picture so he didn’t have to make additional trips but came with all the necessary equipment to finish the job. I have used Victor’s services in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Terrible customer service!! I called for someone to come out today and was told the technician would arrive between 4 and 6pm. I get a phone call after 6pm telling me they just got my call a few minutes ago (LIAR) and would have to charge me an after hours fee if they came now. How about just saying I don't wanna come today but I can come tomorrow and an apology for wasting my damn time. I'm so freaking annoyed! They don't deserve a one star but I had no choice.
