I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job repiping all of our water supply pipes with Uponor pex (2.5 bathroom + kitchen/laundry), replacing our hose bibs & a shower head, as well as repairing the damaged drywall / stucco. Even our city inspector admired their plumbing work. I highly recommend them.

One month ago I had my biggest nightmare so far as a home owner - the ghostly sound of water moving through the pipes with no faucets open. Through experimentation I isolated the leak to a hot water pipe. The worst news came from a leak finder service -the leak was in the concrete slab. All options were bad - reroute one pipe through several rooms/outside, break open the floor and jackhammer the foundation, or reroute all of our pipes. Our house is only 30 years old and has all copper pipes but, given there had been a previous leak in our home as well as our neighbor's identical home, we decided to go with a whole home repiping.

I got 5 quotes for repiping and I chose Miguel because:
- High attention to detail, such as finding pipe routes / other small details that would minimize home damage and determining supplies and methods used (pipes, pipe sizing, connectors, hose bibs) that would set us up well for the long term. He backs this up with a lifetime workmanship guarantee.
- Easiest to communicate with.
- Could get it done sooner (~1 week after contract signing) than other crews.
- Has his own skilled crew of licensed plumbers, doesn't subcontract.

IMO, when you're doing major house surgery, you have to trust the person you're working with as you just can't be on top of 100% of what's happening. Miguel wasn't the cheapest quote, but there were good reasons for that and he worked with me on the price.

For the job itself, Miguel was there every day. It took 2 days (day 1 repiping, day 2 drywall) as well as a couple of small visits for permits. Both crews were able to accommodate my small requests as they came up day of around plumbing and patching. The pictures below show the care Miguel & team took with my home (see the ET-like covering of everything with plastic), the quality supplies they used, as well as the excellence of the finished job both in plumbing and drywall. The city inspector was pleased with the work and signed off immediately.

All of my water fixtures are now working perfectly and the drywall is an exact match for the texture of the existing walls. Now just to get some paint and finish up! I am so happy this nightmare has come to an end.

Thomas came out to our house on Saturday September 25th to unclog the drain for the laundry room. He worked effectively and efficiently, wore booties on his shoes to protect the floor, verified that the job was done correctly, and cleaned up when he finished. Great job.

The owner & his crew are the best in their field. Being a property manager of over 100 units spread throughout San Gabriel Valley, I have dealt with my share of incompetent plumbers. Streamline, on the other hand, is a cut above the rest. Streamline repiped my job within a day, and patched up neatly on another day. The crew is very professional, very friendly & considerate, and very clean! I had one minor issue, which most plumbers would have ignored or dismissed, but not Streamline. The owner was extremely responsive and resolved the issue ASAP. A second issue arose, and the owner quickly sent someone out to investigate, only to discover a major water meter leak in the street, which the City had to repair. Streamline's attention to customer's needs and service is second to none! I have finally found a reliable plumber for all my future repiping jobs, and other plumbing needs.

Aaron Wheaton and Alvin Ramos were curteous and knowledgeable, and did the work while communicating the issues with me in an effective way, and importantly charged the quoted price. My best plumbing experience so far in 3 years in the south bay. Maria, the receptionist was also great. Thank you.

Andy was one out of five other “24-hour” plumbers to answer the phone and show up in an hour at 10:00 PM on a Monday night. He jetted the backed up sewer line and was gone in an hour and a half. His rates were very reasonable, he was courteous and professional and will have my business moving forward.

This guy knows the score. Came by and fixed my broken toilet within hours. Good dude too. I’d definitely recommend this cat for all your plumbing needs.

Luis is professional and courteous. Got the job done with no hassle, no gimmicks, and more importantly, no extra fees. He had to break a cap because it was stuck, but replaced it without an extra fee for the cap. (He went out and bought it at a near by store). I know it's something small, but I've had other services up charge me for ridiculously small things before. The point is, it was refreshing to have a guy come in, do the job for the price quoted, and then clean up the area. I would recommend this place.

Excellent service! Our AC was not blowing cold enough and after googling issues I finally decided to get help. Jon G. provided a full inspection and gave me comfort that he was not just putting a band aid on the problem. He serviced our system and now we have ice cold air again. Even provided some good tips on maintaining it. He was very polite and professional and even noticed we removed our shoes in the house and did the same!

Was having a terrible time getting someone out to change an oven gas valve and trouble shoot my wall furnace. Mr. Frank had no problem doing the work, worked with my schedule, and was there at the appointed time. He was able to get my problems repaired, is very knowledgeable, and charged a fair price.

Mr. Frank was also friendly, polite, and willing to educate me on some of the problems and processes. I recommend his company.
