Scott and Mike are the absolute best! They are a local experienced business that have serviced our central AC/heater for many years. It is now the time that we have to get a whole new unit because our very old one finally went out (they have kept it running WAY past it’s time) we got a quote from another company as well and there is no question that we will still be loyal to Scott! Scott even came out no charge to review the other companies quote with me! Who even does that anymore?! They care and even said if we go with the other company they will help with communication to make sure we get what we pay for! I mean, you can’t ask for a better company with the that level of care and customer service and loyalty to their customers! They know my Grandpa by name and always say hi to him and ask how he is doing. I will never ever go with another company and will stay with them for life!! This morning I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate to repair some plumbing lines under the house. Nolan showed up promptly and was very honest about what he saw. Upon chatting about other issue I was having, he came in to take a look at a running toilet I had. He asked if I wanted him to fix it now and of course I agreed. As I had an off brand toilet installed, a simple fix was a little more challenging. He fixed it in record time and walked me through everything he did. We had a clogged basement drain when we woke up in the morning with a large pool of water on the floor. We contacted John at Resilient Sewer and Drain, and he came out within a couple of hours. He got the drain cleaned out and also checked our lines with his camera to verify that we didn’t have any other issues. He was very professional and we felt his pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely contact him again if we have any drain issues in the future.
