When I called to schedule an appointment, the person on the phone was friendly and helpful, and they were able to send a plumber out to my house within a few hours. The plumber who came to my house was knowledgeable and thorough, and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He fixed my plumbing issue quickly and cleanly, and he even gave me some helpful tips for preventing future problems. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Plumbing Kingdom Repair, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Scheduled 4 separate plumbers to troubleshoot main filter leak and faulty saltwater softener. Of the 3 that inspected, only Lowrey’s Plumbing spotted other critical issues (acid discharge from tankless water heater that already ate thru previously installed copper pipes – other 2 plumbing companies completely missed it; as well as the discharge that was eroding the concrete walkway opposite the wall).

Justen was punctual with keen eyes to spot root cause on issues and honest, as he was competent with recommendation at sensible cost-effective (e.g., discharge without expensive new drainage) solutions. He was thorough and kept the work area tidy. Prompt responses and surprisingly patient with numerous questions I peppered him with. Justen is my go-to plumber I highly trust and recommend to family and friends.

Alex Perez was on scheduled time, friendly, polite and kind. Respectful when entering my home. And the quality of work that he performed in my bathroom and water pipe in front of my house was 100%.he took before/after pictures annd showed me what the problem was and what did to fix it, And he also clean after himself. My mother’s toilet clogged on a Sunday afternoon. I found Dave’s company on a Google search for 24 hour plumbers, and Dave arrived at her house within an hour of my call. After checking the other toilets, tub, and sinks, he determined the source of the problem. He removed the toilet, and when his regular equipment didn’t unclog it, he drove and picked up his heavy-duty machine with a 100 foot snake, which allowed him to finally clear the blockage. He had planned to come back during the week to preventively clear the main sewer line (as I had requested), but took the extra time to do so then, even though it was the dinner hour on a Sunday! My mother was thrilled! He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! I highly recommend him!

I wish I had more stars to award them. In addition to replacing my gas water heater the same day I contacted them, they did less than another company quoted me for my service plan. They also fixed a hazardous ventilation issue that another company should have discovered last month when they installed my gas water heater for free. I cannot praise them adequately!
