Scheduled 4 separate plumbers to troubleshoot main filter leak and faulty saltwater softener. Of the 3 that inspected, only Lowrey’s Plumbing spotted other critical issues (acid discharge from tankless water heater that already ate thru previously installed copper pipes – other 2 plumbing companies completely missed it; as well as the discharge that was eroding the concrete walkway opposite the wall).

Justen was punctual with keen eyes to spot root cause on issues and honest, as he was competent with recommendation at sensible cost-effective (e.g., discharge without expensive new drainage) solutions. He was thorough and kept the work area tidy. Prompt responses and surprisingly patient with numerous questions I peppered him with. Justen is my go-to plumber I highly trust and recommend to family and friends.

I particularly appreciated Justen’s professionalism! He told me to expect him within a 2-hour window, texted a confirmation this morning, and texted me when he was 30 minutes away. Also, without being asked, he popped on some shoe covers when he arrived. Justen replaced our defective kitchen faucet while also taking care of a leak under the sink, and he even gave me a tip about what to look for to avoid purchasing defective items in future. Justen will be my first call for any future plumbing problems.
