These guys didn't try to upcharge me. Came out and said all was good after I called them to clean a drain line I had uncloged. They didn't charge me a dime, how honest was that?

This is the first time Chris has worked for me. I had a really bad laundry sink and faucet set up in the garage that needed to be removed and a new one (I purchased) installed. He guided me to purchase the right faucet for my set up. He explained the work and his charges clearly. He is very dependable, keeps in touch no matter what. I think his prices are very reasonable. He worked fast, neatly and was very friendly. He is definitely MY PLUMBER for now on.

For some reason, our water pressure dropped. Chris squeezed us in at the end of his day. Somehow the water pressure valve had been turned down to 40%. Chris checked this first. Explained to me the pressure should be 80%. He turned the valve to 80%. Immediately we had water pressure! He could have taken advantage of us and installed a new valve ... which we didn’t need. He could have sold us a lot of things. But, no. He fixed it and was gone in 15 minutes. I’m impressed. I will call Chris again next time. Thank you Chris.

I dont normally post unless the service is really bad or really good and Chris is a great person. He has been my plumber for the last 4 years and he is very ethical. He does quality work, very personal, personable, and backs up his work 100 percent. In two occasions he came to my house and did not charge me because he felt it was something extremely small that running a snake and charging me wasn't necessary. I wish Chris a very successful business. You don't find very honest guys like him in the business. Thank you Chris

I have tried a few other plumbers in Downey and surrounding areas before finding Chris and they all were terrible and a rip-off. I have been using Chris for many many years. He gets right back to you and arrives on the same day or the following day. He is very nice and explains what he is doing. His work is guaranteed, and if you have any issues after his work, he will come back and fix it. He is very reasonably priced. I have recommended him to many people and they have all been pleased with his work. So far I have used him for clogs in the drains in the kitchen main drain and bathtub, clogged toilet, water line for the refrigerator, installation of a new garbage disposal. He does not just service the Downey area but surrounding areas like Long Beach, etc. I highly recommend Chris.
